@michelinguide has been an enormous part of Tail Up Goat’s journey. When we opened, we had no idea Michelin was coming to DC. We had no idea that in those first months we were cooking for Michelin inspectors, or that they were even in town.

When Jon got the call in 2016, it was a career-defining moment. To see his talent recognized by Michelin then and each year since has been profoundly meaningful.

To bookend Tail Up Goat’s tenure with a star means the world to us and our team. Since announcing this would be our final year, the team has shown a remarkable commitment to each other and to closing this chapter with care and intention the same way we opened our doors so many years ago. Thank you @michelinguide for recognizing their dedication and talent one last time. by @tailupgoat

If you didn’t sign up for the monthly wine drop this fall you’ve got one more chance to stock your cellar for the holidays. #FOMO Sign up for the last wine drop available for pick up on Thursday, December 11th. If you already signed up for the fall wine drops do not sign up again! This isn’t a new offering, but a chance for folks who missed out to get in on it too! Reservations are booking quickly, so plan ahead. Reservations currently drop two weeks out, BUT, all December reservations will be released on Saturday, November 15th. by @tailupgoat

Monday 11/24 @aidenmcguiggin and @adamsos will be back in the 🐐 kitchen for a one night collab with Jon. We’re beyond excited to have these two in from Philly for one last night cooking together in the TUG kitchen.
