I recently discovered these books and just had to have them! Foxes are one of my favourite animals and these books are just beautiful!

The artwork is absolutely stunning and the message on each page is so sweet and tender.

I read book 1 yesterday and will be jumping straight into book 2 today. If you're a fan of Big Panda and Tiny Dragon & The Boy, The Fox & The Horse, then you'll adore these books 🦊

Thank you to the amazing @tealeavesandreads for fueling my impulse buys 🥰🥰

After yesterday's post, I realised I've never actually collectively photographed all the books I own by this author so what better time than my day off 👀🤭

I've not read all of these but all the ones I have read have been raging 5 star reviews so I think its definitely safe to say, V.E. Schwab is one of my favourite authors out there 🥰🥰

Addie Larue was actually one of my first impulse buys after I started this account back in lockdown because I was seeing it EVERYWHERE on here! I absolutely loved how poetic and consuming the writing was and with each different story, I'm reminded just how talented this author is ❤️

Have you read any of these?
Tell me a favourite author of yours 📚

Yes, I am posting about these books again because why wouldn't I?! LOOK AT THEM 🤩🥰🥰

Back at work today and already want to be back home & reading 🤓📚

One of my bookish goals for this year is to read more @veschwab every book that I've read so far I've loved! I also need to catch up with this series before book 3 is released later this year 👀

Have you set yourself any bookish goals this year?

Happy 100th Birthday to our favourite honey coloured Bear who always has food on the brain and tbh, I cant say I blame him!

Watching Winnie the Pooh was a regular occurrence when I was growing up and still to this day, has one of my favourite quotes,

♡ "You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think." ♡

Happy Birthday Pooh Bear 🧸💛

Who is your favourite character from Winnie the Pooh? I always related most to Piglet 🐷

What an absolute TREAT this was! I'm loving my cute and cosy reads and this did not disappoint!

I loved the setting for this book, the quaint little town of Maple Falls sounds like the perfect place to set up home in.

The characters in this story are also adorable and so wholesome and unique. I absolutely adored Maya and Orion and their chemistry was obvious from the start!

If you're in the mood for a cute and cosy read filled with magic and mischief then look no further! I cant wait to see what this author writes next

Sunny librarian Gracie isn’t looking for love. After dumping her cheating ex, she’s living the life she’s always dreamed of as a small-town librarian – surrounded by books, knitted pumpkins, and the cosy magic of Samhain.

Then Flynn Anderson walks back into her life.

Not only is Flynn her childhood best friend, he’s the boy who broke her heart ten years ago, disappearing to New York with no explanation. Now he's back, annoyingly handsome and somehow roped into helping her organise the village's Halloween festivities. Even worse? They’re forced to share his family's cottage. With only one bed.

Between sweet, funny notes, stolen glances, and far too many moments that make her pulse race, Gracie finds her feelings for Flynn are more complicated than she thought. And when a spicy fake kiss feels all too real, she faces an impossible choice.

Will Gracie be heartbroken again? Or will the magic of Samhain, and the support of their cosy small-town community, help Gracie and Flynn find their way home – this time, for good?

Posting something abit different today for #standalonesaturday as this is still one of my most favourite books and I dont see it often at all on here so I'm giving it the love it deserves!

I was completely captivated by this book from the start and absolutely adored all our lovely ladies but Rayn is my favourite for sure!

If you love girl power, sass and twists you don't see coming then you need this book in your life! Such a tense story but you will be hooked the entire time!

Also, this was the first proof I highlighted and tabbed as I went through because I loved it that much!! 🥰🥰

Exile. Rebel. Healer. Three underestimated women, destined to be brought together by revenge in this dark and thrilling new YA fantasy.

Marzal - an exiled daughter with a plan for her return.
Rayn - a rebel blacksmith with a blade of blood.
Elena - a gentle midwife with a fiercely protected secret.

Each young woman wants peace for their country, but in times of war, not everyone fights by the same rules. As their countries burn around them, and the stakes of victory rise, each woman will have to decide how far she is willing to go for peace.

But the desire for revenge also burns deep...

Happy Friday Bookworms!
I can't wait for the weekend to be here, I'm absolutely exhausted today and I'm so achey 😩😩

Anyway, just wanted to share some of the beautiful bookmail I've received recently! Reap & Sow & Mending are both pre orders but all other copies have very kindly been gifted to me 🥰🥰

Mending is actually my CR as I finished an audiobook yesterday but I'm very tempted to pick up Rowan as well as I adore Bexs Faerytales 🧚🏻‍♀️

Are any of these on your TBR?

Its been too long since I've shared some love for Esther, so what better time to show off my stunning editions of this book #threeforthursday

I was completely obsessed with this book and still think about it regularly. It's a crazy and chaotic story but also deals with love and loss.

Esther takes doom scrolling to a whole new level and her story will captivate and consume you.

Whats the most number of editions you have of one book? 👀

The penniless in Blackbridge only have two choices: sell your body, or sell your soul. And thanks to Eda Shaw, business is booming.

Indentured to a capricious demon, Mr Night, Eda and her brothers arrange illicit Pacts on his behalf, luring the city's most desperate into trading years of their lives for their deepest desires.

When a Pact goes awry, her brothers are arrested and Eda quickly realises she'll need an infernal ally of her own: Kit'rath, a demon with a curious penchant for humanity, and the only being in Blackbridge Mr Night seems to fear.

But Kit's help doesn't come cheap. Eda's already given him her soul; she can't afford to give him her heart.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been eagar to read this book ever since YALC last year and when someone very kindly sent me a spare proof copy, I ditched all my other books on my TBR and jumped straight into this!

Reap & Sow is a dark and delicious debut that had me hooked from the first page and is the only book I've read that I've come away from actually compemplating what I'd offer a demon if I were ever to make a pact...

Kit was my favourite character and I loved for his sassy, sexy comments. I also loved how sensitive he was at times.
Eda was an interesting character too, yes she made some impulsive and reckless decisions at times but can you blame her after the situations she found herself in?!

In the words of Rumplestiltskin, All magic comes with a price dearie.

Fans of Rachel Gillig and V.E. Scwab will adore this book and all the twists and truths that are revealed. If you're in the mood for sexy scandalous demons that are also sassy and sensitive that you need this book in your life.

Out October 8th 💜

A massive thank you to the author for sending me an early e copy of this to read and review! This was a must after how much I enjoyed their previous book 🥰

Eight years ago, Lucas Rosselli and Sophie Clarke shared one unforgettable night. And then he disappeared. Now Lucas runs a community garden (and avoids commitment like it’s a contact sport), while Sophie is a lawyer who is sure she’s incapable of love.

So when Sophie signs up to save Lucas’s garden from demolition – and recognises the man who ghosted her all those years ago – keeping it professional is going to be a challenge.

They make a deal: focus on the case, forget the past. But between gossipy gardeners, accidental speed dating, and one very large dog with personal space issues, the walls they’ve built don’t stand a chance.

And as the fight to save the garden heats up, so does everything they swore they’d never feel again . . .

I read Lexis debut, Walk This Way earlier this year and absolutely loved it, so you can imagine my excitement when I saw there was another release on the way!

Rules For Love is another cute and cosy read that is filled with emotion! I also loved that I share my name with the FMC in this story and even shared some of her traits.

Lucas is an absolute sweetheart and he had my heart fluttering as soon as he appeared on the page! I have a soft spot for Dog Dads and he won me over completely!

Another brilliant story filled with warmth, love and tender moments. I cant wait to see whats next 😍
