Branding for @takeapouse 💟🌷 A new crunchy legumes brand crafted in Amsterdam. Designed for a world that constantly asks us to move faster, PÖUSE celebrates the small —crunchy— moments that help us slow down. Not by escaping everyday life, but by finding pause within it. Whether it’s your afternoon break, a picnic in the park, or the Dutch tradition of borrel—the after-work ritual of gathering with friends over drinks and snacks—PÖUSE naturally belongs at the table with a healthier proposal. The visual identity reflects that same mindset. Rather than following the muted aesthetics often associated with wellness, we built a vibrant, playful world inspired by long summer afternoons, shared tables, flowers, laughter, and everyday rituals. Bold lilacs, warm yellows, fresh greens, and expressive illustrations bring energy to a category that often feels predictable. Because mindfulness isn’t always quiet. Sometimes it’s laughing with friends over a glass of wine. Sometimes it’s taking ten minutes for yourself between meetings. Sometimes it’s simply reaching for a snack and being present for a moment. I broke my foot on the last day of 2025... & it became the reason this brand exists. 💜 I’m Tami, & for the past years I’ve lived in full sprint mode: a corpo job, building my first company, stressfully running late to yoga... the fracture forced my first real pause. & in that pause, I noticed a paradox so many of us live in: we’re chasing the slow moments while living in a constant rush. entrepreneurship is a constant mix of emotions & getting excited about the most random things. hiii, I’m Tami :)💜 6 months ago, I got on a mission to modernize snacking with crunchy chickpeas. fast forward to now… this week I’m producing PÖUSE’s very first batch. 🥹 100kg. 500 pouches. 2 flavours. the goal? get PÖUSE out into the world, and get it into as many hands as possible to get feedback. and honestly, I didn’t want to wait until everything was perfectly branded to get started. so these are the first-ever PÖUSE pouches, the baseline for our packaging. next steps? - add the stickers - take these to the factory - pack the chickpeas myself - and finally… get PÖUSE live (!) follow along, your new crunchy ritual is coming your way! 💟 taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @takeapouse

step 1 towards the soft launch: our first 2 flavours. decided by you. 💟 rosemary & garlic 🍷 chilli & mango 🍺 our crunchy chickpeas are built for the borrel, so I always knew it’d be two: one for each glass. what I didn’t know was whether I had them right. so when I handed out the final samples I had 2 real questions: 1. does the wine one work, or do I build a new flavour? 2. which of the two spicy options is the beer one? at Zuidermrkt you picked the product. now you picked the flavours. 💜 the soft launch is small on purpose: 400 pouches, 2 flavours, packed by hand. enough to actually sell, keep validating the product, & pitch to stores/bars! stay tuned. next step coming soon :)) taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @takeapouse
