Man, I love, respect, and support a lot of y’all, but I’m not stressing about whether you believe it or not. A huge part of why I want to win is to show some of you how much I care and want to aid in your win too. But I’m releasing feeling the pressure to make sure I check in. ESPECIALLY, if you are not checking for me. ✌🏾 by @takeisha

Takeisha and Correy, “thank you” just doesn’t feel big enough. 🥹❤️

You drove FOUR hours to come support my big baby and spend your Saturday with Trae and me. You have no idea how much that means to this mama’s heart.

You are two people who show up for others, pour into them, and help them grow and succeed. Today, we got to be on the receiving end of that love, and I’m so grateful.

When our paths first crossed, we jokingly said, “Well, we’re stuck with each other now!” 😂 And that has turned out to be the absolute truth. Y’all are stuck with us, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I’m so thankful our paths crossed. This goes far beyond basketball and far beyond a thank you. Thank you for loving on us, cheering for Trae, and giving us your time. You really made my heart smile today. Love y’all! ❤️🏀 by @takeisha

There are moments in life that remind you of what it means to be in the full experience of love and align with what we ultimately came here to do and who we chose to do it with. People often say that they had no choice when it comes to family, but I don’t subscribe to that opinion. I believe we, beyond our physical self, chose and understands why that choice was so vital to what we are ultimately here to learn.

My Dad, my Aunt Minnie (AJ’s mom), and my cousin Janet Denice (AJ’s sister) have all transitioned to a realm where the knowledge of why this union and our ability to come together as family/varying reflections of self feeds into the grander picture of life for us all.

I believe the core lesson is love and how love has the ability to activate the life we all dream of having here and beyond this space/time. May love continue to guide the way. Congratulations @a.j.luke and Ameki!
