Uh oh! Rumble Time!

The first time I set out to join the drag scene in Sydney was at @imperialerskineville for @rubyroyaleofficial . Since then, I've made the effort to appear every month. Very early on, Ruby challenged me to try new things and find out who I am in drag. This nurturing and support is what helped me to be brave to try everything and shaped me into the queen I am today.

So it was such an honour and a privilege to be part of the first season of Rumble. To push myself and work hard every week. Through this, I learned to trust myself and my creativity, and that I am capable of pretty much anything.

The thing I value the most from this com petition was the connections I made along the way, the love and support I felt from my community, and my drag brothers and sisters.

Thank you to @winter.haze.official
@itzhiraya and @teganivi for your sisterhood and expertise behind the scenes.

Ate @cassandrathequeen_
For the outfit, blessing, and advice

To @sydney.bardot , @victoria.mami_ and my amazing partner for being my biggest supports and sounding boards from day 1.

@sydney.bardot @yoyochanel @itsquench @tarlequin_ for really pulling me through the finale week.

@etceteraetcetera and @diedionysus for all the back stage support

And finally my top 4 sisters @gothic.marika @christine.lox and @angela.fever . The support, the push and the learning from competing with you has been a privilege.

Love you all

1st Crowned Mx Bading Thing 👑

As someone who is learning to connect to my Filipino heritage, and building community through drag and queer art, I am immensely proud to be the first winner of the @bading.thing pageant!

Thank you to the whole team for giving us all yhe opportunity to showcase, and celebrate Filipinx talent, culture and community.

Thank you to all the performers and contestants for being part of an environment that was so kind, welcoming and supportive!

The world is getting crazier, so now is the time to celebrate and to be proud of who we are as BADING! taken in Red Rattler Theatre by @tala_ka.x
