We’re welcoming another standout bar from Bangkok on that guest shift business this October!

@bar.us.bkk ’s @taln and @aumveerach are making a trip down to Singapore on 20 October, bringing with them a menu that treats cocktails like a tasting menu — starters, mains, afters and all. Their drinks dig deep into Thai flavours and familiar food memories, pulling things like guava leaf, green chilli and makrut lime into precise, playful little numbers.

Since opening in 2023, the Bangkok drinking room has shot straight onto the regional radar, landing at No. 4 on Asia’s @the50bars 2025. We’re very curious to see what they’ve got in store for us.

MISO + TOASTED COCONUT 🥥
a.k.a. Our Coconut Alexander

Our take on the classic Alexander, played with in our way by separating the drink into two textures!

iichiko Saiten Shochu, Thai rice wine, miso and white crème de cacao come together as a sweet and sour liquid, paired with a soft and creamy toasted coconut mousse.

Try the drink, Try the mousse, Each works on its own.

But sip and eat them together, and everything comes together as a creamy Coconut Alexander, with savoury miso, white cacao and warm toasted coconut in one bite and sip.

BOILED EGG MARTINI 🥚🍸

There’s something comforting about a boiled egg. Simple, familiar, and a flavour many of us grew up with.

Our Boiled Egg Martini takes that memory into a 50/50 Martini, made with boiled egg white & shell vodka, Fino Sherry, blended dry vermouth, Crème de White Cacao and olive brine.

Dry, savoury and gently salty, with a soft boiled-egg aroma and just a little sweetness to round it all out.

On the side, quail egg & soy sauce jelly , a small bite inspired by familiar Asian childhood flavours. Nothing complicated, just that comforting combination of egg and soy sauce we know so well.

A Martini that tastes new, but somehow reminds you of something you already know.
