La Tunita 512 used to be located here but I’m not sure if it’s the same folks. Same quality for sure.

This is the best taco in Austin and it’s not close. Consomé is rich and salty. It elevates the birria so much. The meat is perfectly tender as well. by @tam3ron

Last day of freedom (before new job) & figured I would try out @eggmanatx to enjoy a taste of NYC

Long story short, it didn’t disappoint. The owner, Richard, is from NYC and explained the menu (especially the house made hot sauce). The sandwich was impeccable and I’ll be back ASAP. He mentioned they have a chopped cheese I must try.

A week in Iowa means a very well needed @heb run. These are my staples that I have lived off of since around October. I’m very lucky to be a person that doesn’t get bored with food.

Regular weekly groceries are:
5 lbs of ground beef
36 carton of eggs
Whole milk (couple gallons)
10-14 bananas

Occasionally I pick up @jockowillink’s chocolate PB protein powder

Trained by #chatgpt has changed my fitness level significantly. I need to tailor and remind it that I’m not a computer sometimes but overall 8/10 for a free program

Shoulders:
Barbell Shoulder Press: 4 sets x 8-10 reps
Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 3 sets x 12-15 reps
Face Pulls (using cable machine): 3 sets x 15 reps

Triceps:
Tricep Dips: 3 sets x 12-15 reps
Overhead Tricep Extension (Dumbbell or Cable Machine): 3 sets x 12-15 reps
Tricep Rope Pushdowns (Cable Machine): 3 sets x 12-15 reps

Back:
Single-Arm Dumbbell Rows: 3 sets x 10-12 reps (each arm)
Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets x 10-12 reps

Abs:
Plank: 3 sets, hold for 45-60 seconds each
