At 16, I never imagined this life. From teen mum to twin mum, my path has been anything but easy — messy, imperfect, full of setbacks… but also full of resilience, love, and growth. I share this not because it’s perfect, but because it’s proof you can rise, rebuild, and rewrite your story. 💫

If you’re in a hard chapter right now, keep going — you never know how beautifully your story can unfold. Where are you in your story?

Adding this one to your Toronto food list 🥢📍

If you’re in The Junction, save this spot for your next Thai food craving 👇🏼

📍 Chiang Mai
🍤 Shrimp rolls
🍍 Chicken pineapple fried rice
🥢 Beef pad see ew
👀 HUGE portions
😍 And everything we tried was delicious

Also… The Junction is such a cute area to wander around after dinner. Definitely worth exploring if you haven’t spent much time over there!

Personal pizzas + dipping sauce… say less 🍕😂

The new personal-sized pizzas at Prince Street Pizza are SO good and honestly the perfect size for one.

Have you tried them yet?

We recently checked out Gabby’s Parkway and loved the cozy, welcoming vibe.

With breakfast, daily specials, happy hour, a kids’ menu and sports, there’s something for everyone — and the prices are decent too 🤍

We tried the Chicken tenders & fries, Warm goat cheese salad and the Craft burger plus dirty sodas

Honestly, the Cloudcut Collection from @knix is SO soft 🤎

I couldn’t stop thinking about this after trying it on in store, so I was so excited to finally have it — and it did not disappoint. It’s that buttery-soft, lightweight feel that makes you want to live in it. So comfortable and cozy, especially for those cooler fall days when all you want to do is slow down a little 🍂

Knix is currently having a one-week sale through September 30, online or in store, and you can get an additional 15% off orders over $120 with my code TAMARAINPROGRESS-AMB

September reminder: you don’t have to have it all figured out. Sometimes you just need to trust that things are falling into place in ways you can’t see yet. ✨

My latest beauty experiment 👀 Morpheus8 at The Scene in Leslieville. Definitely spicy, but the glow is giving.

@thescenemedicalbeautybar is my fave East end Medi spa!
