Gratitude in motion. 📸🤍

That’s what this has become for me.

It started as a decision I almost didn’t make — something uncomfortable, something I wasn’t sure I could follow through with. But looking back now, through the photos and videos, I see every moment that shaped me… every time I showed up when I didn’t feel like it, every time I pushed past limits I once thought were real.

Turns out, they never were.

This was never just about getting stronger physically — it was about building discipline, resilience, and a mindset that carries far beyond training, far beyond these 4 walls. What these moments capture isn’t just progress you can see, it’s growth you feel.

Somewhere along the way, this shifted from pressure to appreciation. Appreciation for a body that moves and that adapts, for people who push and support me, and for the simple fact that I get to do this at all — because not everyone does.

Grateful for every high, every low, and every version of me that didn’t give up. And the best part?

I’m nowhere near finished. 🦖💚
