✨️The Climb✨️

Scaling that slanted wall feels like being a mountain goat in high heels. But it's these very challenges that bring us closer to the summit. 💪

It's all about laughter, joy, and determination on this journey, no matter how steep. 🌟

400m of grind. Tough obstacles, tougher moments. Still standing, still learning, still hungry for more. Thank you @schjott_ocr for the hardest 400m 🤩💪

Good vibes, steady steps. The best wins are the quiet ones inside and I’m feeling them today. 🤩🇩🇰

Having a little holiday with my daughter @sifgabelgaard near Frankfurt, so of course we had to stop by @ninjaskillz_darmstadt 🤩
They’ve got some seriously fun — and seriously tough — obstacles.
I’m definitely not nailing them all yet, but I’m learning, laughing and giving it my best. 💪
If there’s one thing ninja training keeps teaching me, it’s that progress comes from showing up… even when it’s hard.

🤩 Three climbs, one stubborn set of legs. Stronger, not smarter. At least one of them caught on camera with my husband — proof we’re equally mad. All part of the Trifecta Spartan in Finland @spartanfinland . 🤩

Not the usual way to grab the rings… but that’s the point. Training is about exploring, failing, laughing, and finding new strength. And sometimes it’s the silly moments and the fun with friends that lift you up the most — building confidence one grip at a time. ❤️
