Flashback to 2021 and this beauty of a mix from Kindred’s very own Ill Evans.

Described (but somebody far better with words than me) as ‘A woozy melting pot of sci-fi club swerves with a mix-perfect ooze - a calling card from a truly class DJ’.

Riso printed inlays on Colourplan stock, edition of 60 and a super short run of tees.

Anyway there’s no digi, no tracklist and, er, no copies left… so discogs it is if you want a listen.

Shouts out to Jojo for the excellent mix, Benji for the link up & mastering - and the tape duplication spot for printing the onbody in black instead of white - ‘we thought it’d look better’. And of course, anyone who grabbed the tape and enjoyed it. ❤️ by @tapeecho

En:vy - Neo EP

Released in Feb 2023 and the first time working with @envydnb for @critical_music - A visual interpretation of the EP as a whole which was then versioned for the lead single. I think this was made late autumn 22 fuelled by a great coffee and a walk listening through the EP.

This led on to more some more projects for En:vy which I’m really proud of and will post later on.

Shouts to En:vy & all the crew at Critical

I think there’s still some copies of this 12” over at the Critical store - Purple vinyl and full sleeve art… taken in UFO Crash Site by @tapeecho

Commodo - Lobby Theme

Lovecraft / B Movie / Horror flick styles for the boss @commodough on Medi. There were type references taken from a long since closed down funeral parlour in Gloucestershire, a 90s stock image library lightning gem and the final piece of the puzzle, a chandelier from a very sticky floored establishment in Somerset - All pieced together at a copy shop on Stokes Croft. I think this was done at the start of 2019 but didn’t come out until the end of 2020. Somehow we managed to twist Medi’s arm into a neon orange spot on the sleeve to match the vinyl. taken in The Manor by @tapeecho

Particle x Enei x Kasra - Origin
Some late night / early morning cut & paste, copier wrangling for @critical_music . An intro track for their set as Critical Soundsystem at Boomtown. Whatsapp footage sent through cyberspace and into the print queue of a copier almost as tired as I am. Go peep the Critical page for video evidence of this monster in action. Grateful for the opportunity to work on it. - Swipe for a couple of outtakes. by @tapeecho

Flashback-2-2021 and this outing for @d3u55e on Sneaker Social Club.
This one was cooked up in the end stages of 2021 but ended up being released earlier this year.

Enei & Kasra - Remote Transmissions

The first project I worked on for @critical_music back in 2021 - A real trip going from buying Critical releases back in 2005 and practising double drops endlessly (shout out to my neighbours back in the day who tolerated the 1am mix sessions) to getting to work on one.

The final cover art (aside from the type) was made entirely on the photocopier and scanned in two pieces - something I’d been experimenting with for a while and finally got the results I’d hoped for on this project - (Swipe for some raw scans).

Thanks to Kasra & Enei for the call and the team at Critical ❤️ by @tapeecho

Tour poster for the inimitable @modelhomedc crew last year.

If you’ve not checked their releases, you should (especially those on @d_i_s_c_i_p_l_e_s because I’m biased) - You’re in for a mind warping journey….

This poster followed on from the artwork of their 2 LPs for Disciples (which I’ll post soon) and added some Letraset and typewriter to the mix - All the good stuff…

Shouts to the the model home and Disciples crews as always ❤️ by @tapeecho
