When one door closes, another opens.

Letting go of what no longer serves us can be daunting, but it paves the way for fresh beginnings.

Today I step forward into a new chapter of my life.

Here’s to staying open-hearted and anticipating the doors that are waiting to be opened. by @tapetraining

Warped up a great few weeks of training with my brother @_mdiakite25 . Got his body back to where it needs to be for his next NBA team. Just the beginning of a great collaboration! Stay tuned. Appreciate you brother 🙌🏼 by @tapetraining

I’m happy to announce that I’ve joined the Art of Coaching @aocoaching team as a facilitator! After passing an intense facilitator course, I’m extremely confident that I can make a major impact with high performing individuals. The Art of Coaching company helps people (not just coaches) navigate the messy realities of communication, leadership and power dynamics. I’m excited to fly all over the world to facilitate workshops to help people communicate and lead when it matters most.

Special thanks to @coach_brettb @l_thornbart @kershner.ali and the rest of the AOC team for giving me the opportunity to join the team.

On a personal note, this is a major effort to evolve as a coach. This move is my next big step to take my communication and psychology skillsets to the next level. I believe if you don’t improve aspects of yourself outside of your industry expertise, then you can’t truly develop into something better.

P.S. I will still be operating my training business @tapetraining and consulting business @theviablecoach during the time I’m working with AOC for any of my clients reading this. #AOC taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @tapetraining

Wrapped up some training with @kiralewis2 (New Orleans Pelicans). Good luck on your 2nd year in the NBA.

Side note it’s crazy to have NBA guys come though at the garage studio.

Congrats to my guy @jonathan_kuminga for getting drafted 7th overall in the NBA Draft to the Golden State Warriors.

I had the opportunity to work with him all last summer in 2020. Young guy with a ton of success ahead!
