The truth is...

Sometimes the work is within the relationship you’re in.

And sometimes, the work is recognizing you’re trying to make a relationship be something it isn’t.

Wisdom is knowing the difference.

Our Dharma is inescapable.

Every attempt to outrun your destiny,
every illusion of an exit,
only circles you back.

This is why the snake eats its own head.
Ouroboros medicine. 🐍 ⭕️
All is paradox.

Your Dharma protects you.
Your Dharma initiates you.
Your Dharma guides you.
Even when you believe you are praying for something else…
you are praying for your Dharma.

Dharma is our unshakable path.
To meet it fully is to meet the death of illusion,
and that confrontation is what most people fear.

Some will spend lifetimes trying.
Some ancestors did too.
But if you are willing to truly feel, to see, to know…
you will arrive at a threshold
where your Dharma is no longer a choice.

It is here, in the dissolution of choice,
that you begin to know freedom.

Most do not see this,
because what they call “choice”
is already shaped by survival adaptations
and ancestral imprints.

From the lens of Internal Family Systems:
protector parts, legacy patterns, ancient imprints will unconsciously drive and lead our lives.

Our parts find evidence in everything to validate their perspectives and strategies.

So many believe they are free,
while it is their parts and imprints that drive them.

And even after enough shadow work
to make the unconscious conscious,
you may still believe you have awakened into free will,

Only to discover that awakening continues to dissolve choice. Surrendering to your Dharma is coming home.

Just as the Tao contains the wanderer ~

Your Dharma contains every element of your process.

Your resistance, your escape, and your return.

Our Dharma is inescapable.

When you touch it, tend to it,
and have tasted truth between your lips,
you will know. 🌹

Liberation finds the soul who surrenders fully
to the center of their own destiny. ☸️

When all that is left
is to walk the path that is inescapably true.

Undeniably you.

The realization comes:
there was never anything
that was not leading you to your Dharma.

God. Goddess. ⚡️

Sometimes the hardest relationship to leave isn’t the one where the love is gone.

It’s the one where the love is still very much alive.

Where there was real beauty.
Real intimacy.
Real growth.
Real lessons.
Real love.

And still… something in you knows.

This is no longer the partnership you would choose from the woman you are today.

That’s a devastating kind of truth to hold, because there may be no simple story that makes leaving easy.

The relationship served a purpose.
You changed each other.
You loved each other deeply.

And perhaps the relationship isn’t asking to be fixed anymore.

Perhaps it’s asking to be completed.

There is a difference between loving someone and being aligned with the relationship you have with them.

And there is a difference between choosing a relationship because it is your deepest desire…

and holding onto it because your attachment is terrified to let it go.

Sometimes our attachment says:

But I love them.
But look at everything we’ve been through.
But what if I never find this again?
But what if leaving is a mistake?

While something quieter in the body already knows:

I can love this person and still choose to leave.

Not because the love wasn’t real.

But because honoring what was real doesn’t require us to keep recreating it forever.

Some relationships fulfill their purpose by lasting.

Others fulfill their purpose by changing us so profoundly that eventually, we have to become brave enough to release them.

You are allowed to be grateful for the love.

You are allowed to grieve it.

You are allowed to still love them.

And you are allowed to choose yourself anyway.

Because love does not require self-abandonment.

And sometimes the most loving thing we can do is stop asking a relationship to become something we already know it no longer is.

Sometimes we keep attracting unavailable, inconsistent, or unhealthy masculine partners because healthy masculinity still feels unfamiliar in our own bodies.

Not because we consciously want chaos.

But because our nervous systems often recognize familiarity before they recognize health.

If your internal masculine has learned to override your needs, dismiss your emotions, abandon your desires, push past your boundaries, or demand that you prove your worth through doing…

it can be much harder to recognize those same patterns when they arrive in a partner.

And this is where the work becomes so much bigger than “choosing better men.”

It becomes learning healthy masculinity inside yourself.

The part of you that creates structure without controlling you.

That protects without possessing.

That holds a boundary without punishment.

That follows through.

That honors your no without withdrawing love.

That creates enough safety for your softness, desire, creativity, sensuality, and feminine expression to actually expand.

When you begin to experience that masculine within your own body, something changes.

You stop confusing intensity with devotion.
Control with protection.
Pursuit with commitment.
Possessiveness with love.
Potential with partnership.

Your body begins to recognize the difference.

And healthy masculinity no longer feels boring, foreign, or “not enough.”

It feels safe enough to receive.

The work isn’t simply becoming better at finding the right partner.

It’s becoming so deeply acquainted with healthy love inside yourself that you can recognize when it’s standing in front of you — and when it isn’t.
