yesterday I ran copenhagen marathon and came out with a massive PB of 3:04:38! Most importantly, I’m so grateful + proud to be able to do things like this alongside the people I love most ⭐️

thank you to everyone who has supported the Breathe t-shirt project so far - overwhelmed by the generosity. Orders will close on Wednesday 13th May (!!) so please get your orders into my DMs before then 🏃🏻‍♂️💨

the tees are being screen printed inside-out (yes it’s intentional!) in London. They are £35 and 100% of the profits will be donated to Papyrus UK - a charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide 💟 taken in Copenhagen, Denmark by @tarik___halil

This week I am running my 4th marathon (!) with @kazimhalil in Copenhagen and wanted to use the opportunity to raise money for Papyrus UK.

We’ll both be wearing a t-shirt I designed inspired by breath; running as a form of mindfulness and the inner peace it brings 💆🏻‍♂️🍃

T-shirts are £35 and 100% of the profits will be donated to Papyrus UK.
