Family.
The reason I will stand up as many times as necessary, no matter how many times I fall.

What a journey. Countless blessings along the way.

And thanks to Jiu-Jitsu, I found a starting point — and a never-ending road of learning, evolving, and sharing.
A path that shaped not only the athlete and coach in me, but the father, husband, and human being I continue becoming every day. ❤️ All for them. taken in Winter Park, Florida by @tarsispaula

A escolha.

E eu escolho você de novo.

Larissa Dias ( @larissadiasjj ) couldn’t have asked for a better No Gi debut.

Competing in the first no gi tournament of her career, the Brazilian black belt captured the TLC Grappling Absolute Championship and walked away with the $10,000 grand prize, adding another milestone to an already impressive résumé.

Widely recognized as one of the top heavyweight competitors in the sport, Dias is a three time IBJJF World Champion after claiming her latest world title in 2026. She has also earned major titles on the IBJJF circuit throughout her career, establishing herself as one of the elite female athletes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Making the transition from gi to no gi for the first time, Larissa proved her game translates seamlessly across both formats, leaving her debut event with both the championship belt and a five-figure payday.

– 🇺🇸

SHE HAD NEVER COMPETED IN NOGI AND DEFEATED ONE OF GRAPPLING’S BIGGEST NAMES 🤯

Three-time IBJJF World Champion Larissa Dias made her NoGi debut at TLC Grappling in Lakeland, Florida, competing in the absolute division with a $10,000 prize on the line.

In the final, she submitted ADCC standout Joslyn Molina with a perfectly executed armbar. Molina is considered one of the sport’s brightest prospects and has already received an invitation to compete at this year’s ADCC World Championship in Poland.

Making your NoGi debut and beating an athlete of that caliber is no small feat.

After this performance, does our three-time world champion deserve an ADCC invitation as well? 👀

Happy Birthday, Mestre Libório.

Today is one of those dates I have never forgotten.

My master, Libório, was born on July 13, 1967. From my teenage years into adulthood, he has been one of the people who has inspired me the most.

Whenever I found myself confused or uncertain about which path to take, I would often ask myself:

“What would Libório do in this situation?”

More often than not, that question led me to the right decision.

He has always chosen love.

No matter who the person was.

I have to admit that, in my younger years, this sometimes frustrated me. I would see him loving, helping, and caring for people who, in my eyes, didn’t deserve it.

Now I realize the one who lacked maturity was me.

Because love doesn’t need a destination.

Love has an origin.

That may be the greatest lesson he has ever taught me: to become the source of love and to spread it wherever I go.

That is his legacy.

And it is a legacy that is not easy to live up to.

I often tell my students that if one day I can become even 10% of the mentor, teacher, and human being my master has been to me, then they will already have received a priceless example and remarkable lessons for life.

Mestre, thank you for everything.

May God bless you with many more years of health, joy, and purpose. I hope we continue sharing many more experiences together.

You are the family I always dreamed I could choose, thank you for bringing me close to you.

I love you, Mestre Libório.

Beyond every judgment. by @tarsispaula

This week I turned 45 years old; a big reflective moment for me. Above all thoughts this one is hitting hard:
If Jesus spent an entire day with me, what would He recognize in me as reflecting His character? And what, in His love, would He invite me to transform? 🤯
Thank you all for the kind messages, I felt the love, the care and the respect, truly 🫶 taken in Van Duzen - Pamplin Grove County Park by @tarsispaula
