I didn’t become an IVF consultant because IVF worked beautifully for me. I became one because it didn’t.

Ten rounds forced me to start asking different questions, and those questions eventually became the work I’ve spent the last decade doing.

Since 2016, I’ve studied thousands of IVF protocols, worked with families around the world, and written the book I desperately wish someone had handed me before my first round.

My mission is bigger than helping someone get through IVF.

It’s helping reduce infertility, miscarriage, and unnecessary failed IVF rounds by giving women more information, better questions, and more options before they lose years repeating approaches that aren’t working.

I did ten rounds so you will not have to.

You don’t need more IVF. You need optimized IVF.™

Same meds. Same doctor. Same clinic. One month later.

The only thing that changed was the dosing strategy. The video explains it.

She went from 2 eggs retrieved and 0 fertilized… to 7 eggs retrieved, 6 fertilized, and 4 blastocysts. by @tashablasi

Same Doctor. Same Clinic. Completely Different IVF Outcome.

This was 2021. Three months apart at one of the most famous IVF clinics in the country, with one of the most respected pioneers in IVF who has since retired.

Cycle one would have been called a success by almost anyone. Seven eggs turned into two blastocysts. One tested normal. Transfer failed.

For cycle two, I saw minor adjustments that I felt could create even better results. My recommendations were adjustments of the cycle day her medication should start, removing one of the stimulation medications, and changing her starting dose of the other. Her doctor agreed and implemented those changes.

This time her seven eggs turned into five blastocysts.

The first transfer from those five embryos, none of which were genetically tested, implanted and stayed. That is her baby boy.

Can we all stop pretending that IVF is “a numbers game”?

When you ask the right questions in a curious and respectful way, even the most well-known doctors will usually listen.

She is now back working with me again with embryos ready, making sure every detail is optimized before her next transfer. Even with a successful transfer under her belt, she knows exactly what goes into success and how I look at everything from protocol to body and mind optimization as efficiently as possible.

Because getting embryos is one thing. Getting a baby is something else entirely. by @tashablasi

The ONE thing I wish someone had told me before I went through 10 rounds of IVF.

I was 33 years old. My fertility was “perfect.” Yes, my doctors actually used that word. PERFECT.

We had minor male factor infertility, and every doctor told us IVF should be easy. Almost a layup.

Yet I ended up doing 9 egg retrievals and 10 embryo transfers to have my two beautiful children.

For five years, across four doctors, I kept saying the same thing.

Something is wrong. This doesn’t make sense.

I had a healthy follicle count, but I was barely creating any embryos. And the few I did create weren’t sticking and staying.

Every time I questioned it, I was reassured that everything looked “perfect.”

But I knew something was off. I just didn’t know what.

Years later, I became a fertility and IVF consultant.

I studied thousands of IVF protocols and results from hundreds of doctors around the world.

When I found doctors getting extraordinary results, I built relationships with them, asked a million questions, and studied what they did differently.

That research led me to develop Perfect Protocols + Exact Executions™.

I also worked with functional medicine experts to understand what could interfere with getting and staying pregnant.

Then I went back through my own IVF records.

And I finally saw what I couldn’t see back then.

My IVF protocols weren’t right for my biology.

THAT is what I wish someone had told me.

If something doesn’t feel right, don’t ignore it because someone tells you it’s fine.

Your intuition isn’t a diagnosis. But it is a reason to ask more questions, investigate further, and get another opinion.

I wish I had trusted mine sooner.

Because I kept going. Round after round. Believing the next one would work because everyone told me nothing was wrong.

I can’t get those five years back.

But I can help you question what’s not working before investing in another round.

You don’t need more IVF. You need optimized IVF.

Follow me for fertility and IVF success strategies to help you Kiss Your Baby Sooner™.

After my 7th, 8th, and 9th failed embryo transfers, with no explanation other than “let’s try again,” something inside me changed.

Five years of heartbreak had built armor around my heart so thick that I could barely feel anything anymore.

I was still devastated. Still desperate to become a mom. But I had been hurt so many times that I became numb.

I became a shell of myself.

I could put on a smile while feeling completely hollow inside.

And here is the part I regret most.

When I finally became pregnant with Mila, the armor stayed on.

I was so used to protecting myself from heartbreak that I didn’t even realize I was still doing it.

I never celebrated my pregnancy. I never allowed myself to fully connect with or love the beautiful baby growing inside me.

Not because I didn’t want her. I wanted her more than anything.

But I had spent so long preparing for another heartbreak that I didn’t know how to let myself feel joy anymore.

And that breaks my heart today.

I wish someone had told me what I’m about to tell you.

Mama, I know this is hard.

I don’t know why this is happening to you. I don’t know why you’ve had to endure so much pain when all you want is to love a child.

But I want you to hear this.

You are allowed to decide that you will be a mom, even when you don’t know when or how.

You can hold that decision with certainty while accepting that the path is uncertain.

And when something doesn’t feel right, ask questions. Trust yourself enough to explore another way.

There is always room to look for a strategic pivot.

But please, don’t lose yourself while waiting for your baby.

Don’t let the fear of another heartbreak steal the joy that is still available to you today and the love you get to choose to share with your child to be.

And one last thing.

Your future child is going to be so lucky to have you as their mama.

Look at how much love, courage, and determination you’re already pouring into a child you haven’t even met.

What a beautiful, blessed family you are creating. ❤️ by @tashablasi

I’ve spent 10 years helping women avoid unnecessary IVF treatments.

And apparently, I needed someone to give me my own advice. 😂

I’m 51. I haven’t had a period since December, and I’ve been researching hormone replacement therapy, peptides, supplements, and anything that might help me feel my best.

I was ready to spend the money. I just wanted to know where to start.

So I asked my trainer what she thought.

Her response?

“What are you trying to solve?”

I started telling her what I’d been researching.

She asked again. “But what specifically are you trying to fix?”

HOLY SH*T.

This is EXACTLY what I tell my IVF clients.

I’ve studied thousands of IVF protocols and spent a decade helping women figure out why their results weren’t what they hoped for before paying another $25,000 for a cycle.

Yet here I was, ready to throw money at my own health before getting clear on the problem.

I actually laughed at myself.

And then I thought about the women going through IVF who are willing to try almost anything because they desperately want a baby.

I get it. I’ve been there.

Nine egg retrievals. Ten embryo transfers. Four clinics.

I remember thinking the next round might finally be the one.

When it’s your own body, your own fears, and your own hopes, it’s easy to lose the perspective you have when helping someone else.

I’m not saying HRT or IVF treatments are wrong. I’m saying a treatment should have a clear purpose based on your symptoms, biology, and results.

Before another IVF round, ask:

What specifically are we trying to improve? And what will we change this time?

You don’t need more IVF just for the sake of doing more IVF.

You need IVF that’s optimized for YOU.

And apparently, I needed my trainer to remind me of my own advice. 😂

Why is your family building journey taking months or even years well some take 2 1/2 to 5 minutes? It’s not because you’re cursed. It’s quite the opposite.

And this video will explain.

I will never stop saying this to my Fertilitites- your child to be is so lucky to have you as their mom. And yes, they are coming if that’s what you’ve decided.

“Your marriage isn’t suffering because of infertility. It’s a spotlight.”

A powerful and deeply personal observation from Tasha Blasi.

When you’re navigating fertility treatment, so much attention is focused on the outcome. The appointments, the decisions, the waiting.

But what happens underneath it all?

In our conversation, Tasha reflects on her own marriage and how years of infertility and IVF brought difficult conversations, patterns and unresolved tensions into focus.

It’s an important reminder that the emotional impact of fertility treatment reaches far beyond the treatment itself and that every couple experiences that pressure differently.

One of the many conversations we had with @tashablasi that goes well beyond IVF.

Can you have a glass of wine or coffee while preparing for an embryo transfer? As someone who studies patterns for successfully making healthy embryos and having a long-term healthy pregnancy since 2016, here is what I believe. by @tashablasi

We spend so much time thinking about what other people think of us, but sometimes the harshest voice is the one in our own head.

The one that tells us we should be further along, doing more, or handling everything better. Things we would never say to a friend can become the way we speak to ourselves every day.

In this conversation, Tasha Blasi joins us to talk about taming that inner “mean girl”. Just because she has plenty to say doesn’t mean we have to believe her.

Full conversation available now via the link in our bio.

If I had only 30 days before trying to get pregnant or transferring an embryo, I wouldn’t spend those 30 days chasing every possible diagnosis.

I’d focus hard on what I can control now, then walk into my doctor’s office with very specific questions about what could interfere with implantation or staying pregnant.

This is not a one size fits all protocol. Medications like Medrol, antibiotics, or aspirin should only be considered with your doctor based on your history and what is safe for you.

But when time is limited, I’d rather ask the questions before the transfer than wish I had asked them after.

Save this for your next appointment. And send it to the friend who is getting ready to try naturally or transfer an embryo.

Have more than 30 days? Good. There’s a LOT more I would investigate. I put it all in Kiss Your Baby Sooner, available on Amazon. by @tashablasi

My fur-baby is the ultimate reminder to never judge a book by its cover.

Unless it’s my book.

Then please, judge away. 😜

The book cover says it’s: “Kiss Your Baby Sooner: The Ultimate Guide to Maximizing Fertility & IVF Success”

And it definitely is. by @tashablasi
