Nothing to say other than you should really put some music on and move your body - celebrating yourself and your body, enjoying the music and the feeling the pleasure of moving ✨✨🧡

Life is short and sweet - go make the most of it by doing the things that light you up and for me that’s definitely wiggling my butt and using my voice.

Much love to you,

Finding myself again postpartum is a slow, non-linear, circular, ever-lasting process. I meet her in bits and pieces, not at all how I thought I might.. often in nature, almost always when I let her dance and spin. Old, yet new, here then not, loud then quiet.. so radiant and then so grey again. What women go through after birth (and of course also in pregnancy) is unimaginable, not for the faint of heart and truly so magical. Finding myself postpartum will be a continuing journey and right here in this moment of cooking and dancing with my son, I saw her and felt her.. and dang did it feel good. Looking at it now, tears come to my eyes, because how beautiful?! How beautiful how beautiful to meet her again

This year has been filled with the creation and the arrival of this little one. A love and miracle that has left me wholly transformed. So grateful to welcome the new year with this angel in my arms ✨

I’ve been growing my most wonderful creation yet inside of me for the last few months. This journey into motherhood already has been life-changing in many ways. But this app is way too small to be able to hold the myriad of changes and transformations that have occurred within me and my life already, so I’ll just leave this picture here.

I’m in deep awe of the female body and all that women go through during this journey of motherhood.

I’m very excited to allow these transformations to seep into my work bit by bit 🧡

THANK YOU 2024 🧡

You were filled with community, rituals, healing, love, family, new beginnings and so many beautiful places in nature. You were filled with so many things, people and places that I love ✨

And. AND. (because looking at these images one could think otherwise), you’ve challenged me in many ways, seemingly turning every part of my life over once and rearranging it. I’ve felt lots of feelings, had some moments of true despair and pain and had (and wanted to) to take some long and deep looks in the mirror. But as always with growth, the gifts and gold that come of it are truly just the best.

Thank you 2024 for a rebirth, for my family, my husband and my friends, my beautiful work and purpose in this world and for helping me come home to my innate worthiness, ultimately bringing me so much closer to God, the divine (or whatever other name you have for it).

Gracias y vaaaaaamos 2025 ✨✨✨🎉 by @tashinaviola

Found this Bon Iver song yesterday, moved me to tears, loved it, been listening to it on repeat and wanted to share it with you.

“Oh, how everything can change,
in such a small time frame,
you can be remade,
you can live again,
what was pain now’s gain,
a new path gets laid,
and you know what is great,
nothing stays the same.”

Words to remember in autumn, when we’re asked to let go, coming towards the end of year, the death and rebirth cycle. Again. Again. Again. You can be remade, how wonderful!

An folgenden Daten finden Schwitzhütten statt:

SA, 16.11.24
SO, 15.12.24
SA, 18.01.25
SA, 22.02.25

AHEE,
Tashina by @tashinaviola
