To the love of my life✨️

Welcome to the 40 club! To be able to watch you close out your last chapter and walk into this new era has been so rewarding, and I will forever be your biggest fan and supporter in everything you do. Seeing how much you pour into others and looking to build our communities for the better makes me realize how blessed we all are because you are in our lives. So to my bug fearing, booty short wearing, jeep+duck enthusiast, burpee queen, road rage mouth, lovable but secretive Scorpio, Soul of The Grid and my Soulmate... HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my piece of peace. I love you and can't wait to continue to celebrate you and see what you conquer this decade!

🏆 INAUGURAL PLAYER AWARD: THE SOUL OF THE GRID 🏆

A HUGE shoutout to our very own Coach J9 — Janine Stallings! 🦁🔥

Janine helped her team, @fortlauderdalelions , battle through today’s playoff championships — and now she’s officially the first-ever recipient of the @unitedgridleague Soul of the GRID Award. 👑

And honestly… if you know J9, you know why.

She’s not just the Soul of the GRID.

She’s the Soul of JCFit. ❤️

We’re beyond proud and excited to watch Janine continue to share her shine with the world.

Unfortunately, we can’t keep her all to ourselves here in Jersey. 😂
But there’s no way we’re holding her back from the world. 🌎

She ALWAYS brings a vibe.
Even when we’re dying on the floor at JCFit. 😮‍💨
She’s still ready to have a good time.

And because one source of chaos wasn’t enough, she brought backup:

Coach Taylar. ⚡️

Energy? ✔️
Good vibes? ✔️
Snow day shenanigans? ✔️
Keeping J9 fueled? Absolutely. 😂

At this point, we’ve basically created The Stallings — aka Tay9. 😎

Congratulations to Janine & Taylar on everything you’ve accomplished in GRID League — on and off the GRID.

Keep sharing that shine.
Keep bringing the energy.
And keep being unapologetically YOU.

JCFit is proud of you both! ❤️🔥

Some days the hardest part is just getting the work in.

But I've learned that strength isn't about the days you feel unstoppable. It's about the days you show up when everything in you says stay home. That's where this season was built.

And I never built it alone. My teammates, coaches, mentors, friends, and family are the reason I keep showing up, and the reason I'm lining up alongside a pride who chase big things and don't quit.🦁

The championship moment is loud. The work that earned it is quiet.

| In case you missed it… Coach Taylar came out of retirement for a whole 30 seconds to show off her skills at the JCFit GRID Community Day #3. 😎

The JCFit crew showed up and showed out—having fun, hitting new PRs, and getting a taste of what the @unitedgridleague is all about. This was just a preview of what’s coming on August 8th!

You can catch Coach @taylarmade putting new skills to work as a commentator at the United GRID League event right in our backyard at @americandream. And don’t miss Coach @j9sw0rld , who’ll also be there doing what she does best! Along with her @fortlauderdalelions crew! 🩵

Stay tuned for more highlights from GRID Community Day #3, and a huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated, volunteered, and helped make this event a success. Special shout out to all our GRID SPONSORS!

Looking for a new way to challenge yourself and train with an incredible community?

Join us on Saturday, August 1 at @jcfitco at Journal Square for a Grid Community Day presented by @live.momentous

It's an opportunity to play on a team, utilize your skills in a new way, and experience the excitement of GRID in a fun, supportive environment.

Momentous is a trusted human performance company that provides science-backed supplements designed to help athletes perform, recover, and feel their best.

Every ticket purchased also supports the @fortlauderdalelions, helping athletes in the GRID community and growing the sport we love.

No GRID experience is necessary.

Head to the link in our bio to grab your ticket, bring a friend, and come play GRID with us. by @taylarmade

🚨 We're hosting another all-levels team event called Grid Community Day on Saturday, Aug 1st — presented by @live.momentous

If you sign up you'll be guaranteed a good time, playing a new sport using the movements we work with every day, but on a team. PLUS you'll learn about the sport ahead of our 1st ever @unitedgridleague match in the Northeast on Aug 8th.

Remember how fun Dodgeball was in gym class? Or your favorite sport in high school or college? Or even just how it feels to cheer for your favorite sports team?

We get to experience that together!

No pre-requisites required... can you air squat? Then you can be on one of these teams.

This one means a lot to me personally as every sign-up and/or donation shows support for me and my @fortlauderdalelions family as we head into the middle of our season, leading right into our home match @americandream the following weekend. I love this sport so much, and I'm so excited to keep sharing it with all of you. 🩵🦁🫶🏾

The whole goal is to have a raging good time with your gym buddies and feel like a kid again. Sign up for $25, and you'll get a swag bag of Grid League partner products and perks, thanks to our sponsors going all out for this one.

Questions? Check out the Instagram @gridcommunityevents with FAQs OR DM, email or pull me to the side when you see me. See you there! 💪🏾

Happy birthday to my fiancé...
.... the one who lifts everything... the bar, the room, and me. Tay Tay, watching you step into everything you're becoming is the greatest thing I've ever had a front row seat to. You're just getting started, my love. The best of you is right now. Happy Happy birthday 😘 I love you forever. @taylarmade by @taylarmade

| Happy Birthday, Coach Taylar!🎉

Wishing you a year filled with continued success, exciting adventures, and lots of love. We love seeing you on the GRID @unitedgridleague , sharing your knowledge, experience, and passion with everyone around you.

You are truly the heart and soul of OLY Club and Power Hour, constantly helping athletes maximize their potential while inspiring them with your love for the sport. And of course, you’re an incredible coach at JCFit. We’ve especially enjoyed your recent guest coaching appearances for HYROX —maybe we’ll see you and Coach J9 @j9sw0rld out there showcasing your strength and perseverance together. Or perhaps a 5K? 🤭🤣

| Our tradition after MURPH is to kick off the summer season with an Ice Cream Social. It’s a chance for everyone to relax, enjoy some amazing ice cream from @toricoicecream , and spend time together outside of the workout.

This year’s social was especially meaningful because it also gave us the opportunity to celebrate the engagement of two of our very own coaches, Janine and Taylar.

Our community is about more than fitness— it’s about supporting and celebrating one another’s successes, accomplishments, and life milestones. We were honored to share in this special moment and celebrate the love and commitment of these two wonderful humans.

Congratulations, Janine and Taylar! We are so excited for this next chapter in your journey together. 💞🍦🎉🥂

💫Swipe until the end💫 Still taking in the weekend of such an incredible full day of Grid, and even though I'm retired, I've found myself winning my biggest Ringer Point. 🥹🥰 So much to REALLY talk about, but I'm just going to be in the moment knowing I get to marry the love of my LIFE. @j9sw0rld you have truly allowed me to know what it feels like to live 100% authentically me. You make me feel seen and not hidden. Safe, but strong and grounded. Free, but secure and proud. I truly understand what it means to have a partner and not just a wife. I'm looking forward to growing and building even deeper with you. I love you.

And huge shout out to @unitedgridleague, @fortlauderdalelions, @kpthedp and EVERYONE in my tribe who helped me pull off this surprise and shared their love with us. Will definitely share more later. But until then, we are just going to enjoy our new titles and be in the moment. 🥹🥰🫶🏾
