CHICAGO MARATHON !!!! 🏅🏃🏽‍♀️✨🩵

Marathon #2 in the books and my first major! Thanking Jesus for the ability to run and for a healthy body that can do hard things! It is only by His grace and mercy I was able to cross that finish line!

&& a huge thank you to everyone who donated to the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation! The money raised by my fellow Team Reeve athletes and I will make lasting impacts in the lives of those affected by spinal cord injuries and paralysis! Thank you!!!

it’s spinal cord injury awareness month !!!

through my work as an occupational therapist, i see on the daily how SCI impacts individuals and their families. i also see how therapies like OT, PT, and SLP help these individuals regain their independence and sense of self (i love my job!). the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation further support these individuals impacted by paralysis by advancing research and improving their quality of life. i have the amazing opportunity to support this foundation and this population through fundraising and advocacy! i would be so appreciative if you would consider donating or sharing my donation link with your family, friends, and coworkers to help me reach my fundraising goal and support this population! thank you !!! 💚💚💚
