Some men are busy deciding which women belong in the gym. Meanwhile, some of us are busy making sure every woman knows she already does. 🩷

The internet has made it painfully clear why so many women feel intimidated walking into a gym.

They're afraid of being judged for their bodies, their clothes, their form, or simply being a beginner.

And after the comments on my last Reel? I want to show you a different side of fitness. 🩷

A place where women high-five each other. Where we celebrate showing up. Where we cheer for the woman lifting her heaviest weight AND the woman learning how to do her first squat.

That's what I love about my Burn Boot Camp community.

@devan.kline co-founded Burn Boot Camp with a vision of building a community that empowers women through fitness. And that's the kind of environment I want every woman to experience.

You do not have to arrive confident.
You do not have to arrive strong.
You do not have to arrive skinny.

You just have to walk through the door.

We'll meet you where you are, cheer you on, and high-five you on the way out. 🙌🏼

Because the goal isn't to make women feel like they have to earn their place in the gym.

The goal is to remind them they belonged there all along.

Somehow Kins has gone from Kindergarten to 5th grade!
It was not only a 1st day of 5th grade but a last 1st day of elementary school for the Collins sisters!

We were raised to shrink.
We’re raising them to take up space. 💪

We grew up hearing that smaller was better.
Take up less space. Don’t get too muscular. Don’t be “too much.”

So we decided to raise the next generation differently. 🩷💙

Not obsessed with being smaller.
Not afraid of being strong.
Not apologizing for taking up room.

Whether they're our daughters or our sons, we want them to know their bodies are capable of incredible things.

We’re not just working out with our kids.
We’re showing them what it looks like to love yourself loudly. 💪💪🏾

The cycle ends with us.
