Our second Campus Voice is Chef Pablo Naughton, the Executive Chef of Catering & Diversity for Sodexo. Swipe to read more!

Chef Pablo runs a cultural culinary series each semester at Eickhoff Hall in the Showcase station, which provides students not only with a taste of the dishes he prepares but also with recipe cards for students to take home. He cooks live in front of students so that the food is always ensured to be tasty and hot! He fuses international dishes with Latin dishes in order to make a meal that you’ll be sure to never forget. Visit @tcnjdining to keep up with his current series because it’s one you definitely don’t want to miss.
