Huge congratulations to my athlete for stealing the whole show yesterday 🥹 This was our first show together and her first national show ever. As soon as she signed with me I just knew she was going to be special. Ki, you amaze me! Your aura and energy is just EVERYTHING. You shined bright up there with so much confidence and I could just see how much fun you were having. I saw you pour everything into this prep and to see you having the best time in your element after so much hard work was the best thing ever. This is only the beginning for you and you deserve this so much. Thank you for trusting me with your journey. I love you my mini! 🩵🥰 WELCOME TO THE IFBB PRO LEAGUE BABYYYYY! @ifbb_pro_league

My 4 Year Transformation ‼️🥹

The first photo on the left was taken right before my very first show in 2022 with @ashlyn_ifbbpro, and the photo on the right was taken just a couple weeks ago. Back then, I had no idea how to properly fuel my body and very little knowledge of how to truly train with intensity, volume, and to failure. @ashlyn_ifbbpro has helped me grow in so many aspects of this sport, both on and off the stage.

Looking at these photos side by side, I see so much more than a physical transformation.

Somewhere along the way, I became more confident in myself, more patient with the process, and more willing to trust that progress doesn’t always happen on my timeline.

This sport has challenged me, humbled me, and taught me a lot about myself.

Through all of those ordinary days—the ones where I felt unstoppable and the others where I questioned everything—I built this.

I built muscle. I changed my physique. I became a better athlete.

But these pictures still don’t show the biggest transformation.

They don’t show the discipline I developed. The confidence I earned. The lessons I learned when things didn’t go according to plan. Or how much I learned about myself by continuously asking my body and mind to do things I once wasn’t sure I could do.

I still don’t think I know what I’m capable of, and that’s my favorite part. 🤍 by @teamalphaaesthetics

Snippets from glute day. 🍑

Kept the weight moderate and added band work between working sets.

Trusting the process and putting in the work. Not every lift is perfect. Not every session needs to be. But I keep showing up, keep working, and that counts for something.

Consistency over perfection. Always.

Huge CONGRATULATIONS 🥳 to my athlete @clarissa.inspires who made her stage debut this weekend at the Tahoe Pro Show. This determined mama didn’t just show up, she showed out!
Wellness True Novice 🥇
Wellness Novice A 🥇
Wellness Open B 🥇

From day one of working together, Clarissa was serious and determined not just to transform into a healthier version of herself for her boys, but for herself.

She adapted to every change and every challenge life threw at her and never took her foot off the gas, even when things got really tough. I watched her navigate circumstances that would have made a lot of people crumble, yet she continued to show up with an incredible attitude, a positive mindset and a work ethic that made her an absolute pleasure to prep.

Nothing was ever too hard. No complaints. No excuses. She genuinely enjoyed the process and somehow always found the bright side.

43 pounds later, she stepped on stage for the very first time as a Wellness athlete and won all three of her classes.

To say I’m proud is an understatement.

Clarissa is a warrior. She has fought her way through chapters of life that could have broken her and instead used them to build the woman, mother and athlete she is today. Her story is proof that your past does not get to decide your future.

For every woman, and especially every mother, who thinks too much has happened, too much time has passed, or life has dealt you too difficult a hand to start again: let her be your reminder that it can be done.

3 classes. 3 wins. And we’re just getting started. 🏆❤️ by @teamalphaaesthetics

Congratulations to @teamalphaaesthetics athlete, @lisav_ifbbpro for on stepping onto the @timgardnerproductions Chicago Pro stage for her second IFBB Pro show. This was an incredibly stacked lineup in the Master’s 40+ and while the outcome was not what we had hoped for, the purpose of this show was to see how Lisa’s physique compared after a very productive off-season and to receive the judges’ feedback on where we need to improve next.

Last season, the direction was to bring up her legs, and Lisa worked relentlessly to do exactly that. I continue to be incredibly proud of her discipline, work ethic, and willingness to keep pushing herself. Competing in her 50s and standing alongside some of the best athletes in the Masters 40+ Bikini division is an accomplishment in itself.

We will be reaching out to the judges, reviewing the feedback, and making the necessary adjustments, but we are not finished with this season just yet. Proud of you @lisav_ifbbpro On to the next one. 💚🏆✨
