🎵 Music Monday 🎵 Where you get to meet a Team38 ambassador and see what they are playing in class! ••• Hi Team38! I’m Siri Chilazi based in Boston, MA. I teach all kinds of classes ranging from Step Aerobics and Cardio Sculpt to Pilates and @raqthebarre at two Harvard University gyms (@harvardrec and @shadhbs) - but @cardioyogaa has my heart. This class is set to all instrumental music, which I love as an instructor because I don’t have to compete with the lyrics. And instrumental doesn’t necessarily mean chill! My playlists take you on a journey from a groovy warm-up to a dramatic, heart-pumping cardio section and finally a soothing and upbeat cool down. My goal with every class is to help you live your most fabulous life inside and outside the gym - physically, mentally and emotionally.
