An UPDATE on EDDIE.... From the Kaufman family.
Eddie remains hospitalized at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he continues to receive treatment for his illness, with his family by his side. While the hope is to return to the Mid-Valley, the current plan is for Eddie to remain in Philadelphia. CONTINUED PRAYERS ARE APPRECIATED!

Team Eddie K, you are all amazing! Thank you from our whole family to all of you for the tremendous time and effort you put into the fundraiser for Eddie. We will be forever grateful to you all and we will never forget your kindness.
Eddie is still in the hospital in Philly. We’ve run into some obstacles so we are still not ready for transplant yet. But, we are locked in this rollercoaster and we will get there in God’s timing.
Recently Eddie has been getting blood and platelets almost daily so we are so touched that Emily has arranged a blood drive in his honor. That means so much to Eddie and others who depend on donated blood products. Thank you to all who have signed up. There are still more appointments if you are able to donate.
Please know how amazed we are at the support and love you’ve shown us.

Thank you, Team EddieK for all you are doing to support our Eddie and our family. This community is so incredible! Every card of encouragement, swabber, donation, sponsor, gift basket, volunteer…people who watch our dog and cat… you are all helping out of pure kindness and we feel so grateful for all of you.

We did not receive the test results we were looking for with this past round of chemo. We are on to another promising treatment called Car T Cell Therapy. We are so hopeful with this new option and Eddie is not backing down so neither are we!

Knowing many of you gathered in prayer with Father Scott at the mass was so uplifting. A huge thank you to Father Scott for including Eddie in all of the weekends masses and his daily offerings. It means so much to us. I hope you all will continue to pray. We feel your support and are humbled by it. We know we are in God’s hands and on God’s timing.

We are so grateful for all of you! Thank you from the bottom of our very determined hearts. ❤️
