What do we do at Team MBD?

Team MBD is an online coaching team that is dedicated to cutting through the misinformation and providing high level results but whilst also building a community for like minded individuals to motivate and support each other.

We do this through creating programs that are completely tailored to the indivual to insure the plan works for their body but also is sustainable for their lifestyle. All of our programs take an evidence based approach & we’ve worked with quite literally hundreds of people, this way we don’t think they work we know they do.

Who’s Team MBD for?

Team MBD is for anyone that wants to make a serious change we’re passionate about truly helping people and delivering results beyond expectations.

✅ First timers competitor - if you’re new to bodybuilding we will guide you through everything you need to know in order to get on stage & we aim to attend every single show to reduce the stress and nerves on your big day.

✅ Experienced athletes - if you’ve already competed but never quite reached the level that you want to achieve we will work with you to analyse & fix any weak points. Whether that be conditioning, peak, lacking body parts, stage presence & posing or even show/category direction.

✅ Dedicated individuals - we don’t only work with competitors but we do only work with people that are dedicated, if you don’t have any aspirations of competing but would love to make a big physique or health transformation we will help you every step of the way with creating a program & process that gets you to your goal.

Posing challenge round champion @coachedbystewie 🫶❤️

When I first met Stewie it was backstage at @wnbf_uk in 2023 and after that a few weeks later we spoke about working together & it was at that point I told him I thought he could be one of the best posing coaches in the world 🌎

Understandably a lot of people doubted that due to his lack of competitive experience which was something we both had in common I had the same thing as a prep coach with not many shows under my belt.

What we continued to do was show the passion and love for our craft and prove the doubters wrong.

Stewie definitely did exactly what he set out to do which was prove he’s one of the best posers in the world & that our standards are extremely high in all departments 🫡

Couldn’t be prouder.

Also a cool full circle moment as @jonlofthousee & @flowbysammy did my first ever posing seminar, posing lessons & my posing routine for my show so I’ve watched them grow the posing industry from the ground up and thats been pretty amazing. by @teammadebydan

It is truly an honour to be able to say this, but i won… the best of the 12 at freestyling. Still feels a bit surreal tbh 😅

Practicing for this round was very interesting and involved a LOT of time posing (like more than a reasonable human should), freestyling specific styles and getting very acquainted with the tracks we would be shown.

@jonlofthousee shared 3 playlists with us on spotify… one for each of the rounds, so we could familiarise ourselves with the music that would be used. We would know the tracks, but not the timestamp nor the track we got, so all our "routines" were just straight off the dome on the day. There were 21 tracks totalling 1hr36mins of total music for the round, so it would have been an impossible task making premade routines for this round.

Round 1 (80s): Vs @_dwhit
Show Me Heaven - Maria McKee
Went for as much of an 80s style as i could, incorporating time-accurate flows and poses of the era, taking it nice and slow… not doing too much

Round 2 (Cinematic): Vs @flow.volution
Time - Hans Zimmer
This was a bit harder, not a song i particularly wanted as i felt it was a bit too slow, tried to make the most of it by instead of posing to the beat, switching up and using half and quarter beats to change pacing in order to create maximum dynamic emphasis

Round 3 (Finale): Vs @lukevinnicombe & @marius_physique
Duel Of The Fates (Epic Version) - Samuel Kim
Going first here, i knew i had to create an absolute masterpiece otherwise id be decimated by two seriously good posers. As soon as the music came on, i knew the direction i wanted to go.
Speed. Every beat. Minimal repetition. Lots of movement.
Suffice to say, ending with a standing ovation from the judges and the audience… id say it went pretty damn well 😂

Now by no means was this an easy feat, i truly worked my ass off for this and i wanted that trophy so i did everything within my power to take it home with me!
12 incredible fucking artists went head to head and each brought an incredible package, it was such an experience to not only compete but to be able to watch this too.

This preps not been the easiest of ones & they never usually are as a young first timer but the head is well and truly screwed on at the moment and it shows in the physique.

First call outs in what is most definitely the biggest natural pro lineup I’ve ever seen in the UK 🤣 @innoxfitnex

Of course we always come to try fight for those top placings and this time we just narrowly missed out, but in a lineup that deep we can’t have any complaints the standard was immense.

We’ve had some great feedback on the physique & the improved posing but we’re not done yet every year we’re improving and becoming more competitive in the Open pro shows obviously this year already winning one open pro show.

Couldn’t be prouder of Inno for how he conducts himself as an inspiration to the whole of natural bodybuilding and is still getting better even as a masters athlete.

@lardelifts final show and best look of the season, ready to come back in due course better than ever. Immensely proud!!! ❤️ posing on point

@suttonlifts again, best look of the season with our main focus bringing a tighter package. Tissue isnt our quarrel, as dave was a whopping 230lbs on stage with the most fullness we could bring. Very happy with the result and equally very well aquainted with the front relaxed position (made him do 2 callouts and held it for a solid 5-6 mins total, cardio PR right there)
We have our heading moving forwards, bring on portugal 😈

@maisiemags_ bringing home a sword and NEW WNBF pro, what else can i say. Kudos to the team and what a fucking look @__danwatson__ and her brought. Pleasure to be a part of the journey 🫶🫶

Overall, a great weekend! A lot of good craic with everyone and nice to see some familiar faces at the event!

Special thanks to @ironiconactivewear for providing the most impeccable wearables on show days, those backrooms get stuffy 😂 breathable clothes are a must and feeling incredibly gratuitous on that front!
