Stellar crew this Sunday, led by Coach Reuben, who put us through a mock ship wreck with a bucket-raising finale! We had several newcomers who are diving deep with us and finding out new things about themselves.

This week also marks week 5 of our 8 week Sunday Torpedo League, led by our fearless captains Rich, Reuben, River, and Zach. These teams keep getting better and the close matchups show our progress! by @teamonvous

2026 H2O Games 1st Place 🥇 Mixed Coed Division

An absolute blast of an event hosted by @h2o.fitness and @h2osandiego.

@thehybridtwinmama and I came in with a solid baseline of fitness supported through our mixed modality training over the last several years, but we really dialed in on specific CO2 tolerance exercises for the last few months. Delaney frequently attended the @h2osandiego sessions, and I would build my capacity in Austin at our @deependfitness_atx chapter.

Calm in the Chaos.

Underwater, tangled up, lungs burning, and the only way out is to slow down.

This challenge wasn’t just about holding my breath or untying knots. It was about staying composed when every instinct tells you to panic.

The same lesson applies everywhere: training, business, parenting, life.

You don’t rise to the occasion by forcing harder.
You rise by controlling your breath, managing your mind, and doing the next simple thing.

Stay calm. Solve the problem. Keep moving.

Vision without execution is hallucination.

I left Sydney this year with a vision of what’s possible when you prioritize community. There, I learned success comes not from building a business, but from building community.

And doing so takes a team who all share that same vision of connecting, listening, contributing, and mutually giving of one’s unique talents in service to others. It’s something I’ve had with Stephanie and @groundworkpromotions in the way we work with our clients, who are more partners than anything. And this summer, I was blown away to find that in San Diego, not just with our team of coaches with @donnyy._g but a whole plethora of beautiful people hungry for activity, play, and connection.

Fast forward to this past weekend in Waimea Bay, and it’s safe to say, Hawai’i is hungry for the same. And countless others are stepping up to make it happen. It’s the start of something bigger to come. And I had the joy of being able to not just “work,” but to get to put in work. 💪 Thanks to the incredible team who did the true heavy lifting coaching, shooting, and running the show. And through it all, having @teamonvous on our side (and making us look and feel good).

Back to back in Waimea Bay!

Over 75 athletes diving in for our hybrid underwater beach workouts led by Coaches Monita and Chase, supported by Jo, Marc, Danielle, Hiedi, Kara, Anna, and Paul.

What a team and what a community, full of all levels from those making their first entry into new depths to those professionally training to reach new heights.

Special shoutout to @teamonvous for investing in our growth and making the best jammers and swim trunks in the world. And to @jumpshiptraining for cross training with us to give their athletes an edge in their training.
