Founded in 2007, Team Rohr trains locally at their home gym in Decatur and Quest Gym in Duluth. They also offer online programming and live virtual coaching for lifters worldwide. Leading the team are head coach Josh Rohr, a USA Powerlifting International Level 3 Certified Coach and Coaching & Education Committee Chair, and assistant coach Wade Johnson, a National Level 2 Certified Coach and the 2024 USA Powerlifting Coach of the Year. @usapowerlifting Southeast Regionals Meet recap. 8/9 lifts and probably my best overall meet yet. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Squat: 225 kg / 496 lbs โ€” PR ๐Ÿ’ช Bench: 165 kg / 364 lbs ๐Ÿ”ฅ Deadlift: 270 kg / 595 lbs โ€” PR TOTAL: 660 kg / 1,455 lbs ๐Ÿฅ‡ 1st in my age + weight class But the one Iโ€™m most proud ofโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ† BEST MASTERS LIFTER OF THE MEET ๐Ÿ† Really happy with how everything came together. Two PRs, 8/9 on the platform, and walking away with an award I definitely wasnโ€™t expecting. Still getting stronger. Still plenty more to chase.
