Big shoutout to @lizkara amazing pregnancy fit transformation journey. Here showing her transformation in sequence from Week 1 to Week 40 (literally the day before she had to be on induced) and her 9 days postpartum pic she took on 1/24/25.
.
She trained hard the entire pregnancy and Never missed a single training session! 💯 We trained hard as usual on most sessions and made just minor adjustments to our training as we focused on our goal of maintaining her conditioning and strength…to help keep her in shape, ease with labor and her recovery, which she absolutely had an easy labor and currently recovering ahead of schedule and looking like she hasn’t given birth 🙌🏽💯🙌🏽

We are so proud of you Liz, you took Pregnancy and Fitness (Fit Pregnancy) to another level and have set the the example and standard to all women and moms to be! 💯🙌🏽💪🏽
