Portugal Golden Visa fund investing in the world's transition to a clean energy future 🌱 Start your European Citizenship journey ⬇️
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
We’re stoked to be featured on @bloomberg Original’s latest short on the Portugal Golden Visa, discussing how the program can be used to create benefits for the commons, rather than the few, and how in our case, our investors are expediting the renewable energy transition across Portugal and the United States. Covid taught us that if you have one passport, you’re under one set of rules and that if you want to build resilience for your family, you might benefit from having more than one. The Portugal Golden Visa program enables that security hedge, giving families the opportunity to augment their primary citizenship with a European passport. We believe that in exchange, our investors should contribute to a better Portugal, and with our Solar Future Fund we’ve developed a model that does just that, expediting Portugal’s clean energy transition, whilst giving our investors a return on capital that includes the right to residency and citizenship. Reach out via DM or hello@tejoventures.com for more information on securing your family’s future. #goldenvisa #goldenvisaportugal #bloombergtv #tejoventures taken in Lisbon, Portugal by @tejoventures

Portugal Citizenship with @tejoventures Golden Visa Fund If you’re in the US and thinking it’s time to create real intergenerational safety, this wonderful man @julianpsjohnson might just have something for you. We chose Portugal when the UK was moving toward Brexit, and what we’ve built here since is beyond what we could have imagined. From the beaches to the forests From parties to healing spaces From the open-hearted locals to the soulful international community From wild birthing options to beautiful alternative schools The life here is ridiculously blessed. What we feel most of all is safety. A deep, grounded safety that lets us be free as a family. Portugal, we owe you so much. You have our heart. If you’re curious whether this could be right for you, message @julianpsjohnson directly. #goldenvisa #portugal #lisbon #greentech #investmentopportunity #intergenerational #livingthedream #safety #family #beauty #community taken in Sintra, Portugal by @tejoventures

Our investors are preparing to leave primarily because they feel less safe than they used to. Their belief systems, their expectations of society, their hopes for the future, their understanding of security, liberty and fraternity is no longer peacefully respected by an increasingly fraught ‘other side’. They’re looking for a country that feels safe, affordable, culturally peaceful, still connected to life as it ‘used to be’. They’re choosing Portugal because it is all those things and more. It’s great weather too, good food, kindness, simplicity, and in a a reassuring way, not in the mainstream. That’s our observation at least. And for the critics, Portugal needs high quality immigration; committed, learned, successful people, excited about making a contribution to the country that so graciously invites them in. #Portugal #portugalgoldenvisa by @tejoventures

Had a rough few days since the election? 🫠😅 Thinking of becoming European or looking for a Plan B? 🍷🥐☺️👌🏻 We hear you. While it might not be that easy to up and move, there’s something undeniably appealing about a place where so many of the issues we care about are already part of everyday life: 🛡️ Stricter gun control means less worry about safety and more peace of mind. 👶 Affordable child care allows parents to work (or rest!) with support. 🥦 Healthier, higher-quality food is the norm, thanks to stricter regulations and a love for locally sourced ingredients. 💉 Universal healthcare means no financial panic over a simple doctor’s visit. 🌱 Clean energy reliance is prioritized, with the EU aiming to increase the share of renewables in its energy mix to 45% by 2030 If you’re dreaming of a simpler, more balanced lifestyle and to build your life beyond borders — follow @tejoventures. Tejo offers tailored support for a myriad of Portuguese visa needs, including the D2 Entrepreneur Visa, D7 Passive Income Visa, the D8 Digital Nomad Visa, and of course, the D9 Golden Visa. Bonus: if you invest through Tejo Ventures for the D9, your golden visa funds go exclusively to clean energy projects, helping to fuel a sustainable future. 🌞 ✨Maybe the European dream is the new American dream. 🌍💫 📸: @jennaduffy #GoldenVisa #PortugalLiving #TejoVentures #CleanEnergy #Sustainability #RenewableEnergy #EuropeanLifestyle #GreenFuture #InvestInEurope #SolarEnergy #EcoFriendly #VisaOptions #EuropeBound #HealthyLiving #SustainableInvestments #D7Visa #D8Visa #ResidencyByInvestment #DigitalNomad #AffordableChildcare #GunControl #BalancedLife taken in Lisbon, Portugal by @tejoventures

'For those outside the U.S., it can be hard to really see its challenges, to understand the intensity with which people living here fear for their country. This is a liberal nation. But for the people I spoke with, it will no longer be a place to call home if Trump returns to power. You cannot realize what is going on in America until you start living in America.' Good people of America, Portugal is happy for you to call us your second home. The world is a complex place, climate change is exacerbating tensions across the globe, inequality is driving nationalistic political fervour and we're seeing a collapse in trust in democracies as we struggle with political malaise. All of this means that to be a citizen of more than one country is becoming a more timely need, a must have as a 'just in case' to defend against societal fracture. PORTUGAL is that second citizenship for us, a country that we're grateful to call home. by @tejoventures

If you’ve been here long enough, you know I’ve been a walking suitcase ad for the past decade—calling Eden, NYC, Cape Town, Cape Cod, Miami, and Lisbon home. Now, I’m proud to call Portugal our primary home base for the foreseeable future. 🌍 Lisbon offers so much for this sun-loving, entrepreneurial, ocean-obsessed new mama. With great weather, a kind and safe culture, and affordable living (pre-school is free and we pay $260/month for top family healthcare!), it’s a dream. Women here enjoy full reproductive rights, 6 months of paid maternity leave, and there’s never any fear of gun violence in schools. Plus, our community here is strong, with friends from around the world. In 2021, my husband @YannRey and our best friend @julianpsjohnson launched @tejoventures, a climate-focused Portuguese Golden Visa fund. All LPs get European Citizenship for their families (spouse, children, both sets of parents, and dependents) with a single €500k investment. At the start of 2024, Tejo launched its second fund - The Solar Future Fund, which invests solely in the clean energy transition - including battery and solar infrastructure projects - with anticipated 8% YoY returns. Solar Future Fund 1 closes this December. ☀️ With the Golden Visa, there’s no need to move or change your tax setup—it’s about securing future options and living, studying, & working easily in the EU. *DM me if you’re curious!* 👀 And if you know people potentially interested in the Portuguese Golden Visa and investing in clean energy for a brighter future for us all, we have a great Ambassador program for superconnectors. (This is one of the projects I’ve been working on this summer! DM me for more details!) 😉 Lastly, if you’re in Lisbon anytime soon for any reason, drop a comment below, and we’ll roll out the red carpet for you! 🇵🇹 #portugalgoldenvisa #tejoventures #renewableenergy #solar taken in Lisbon, Portugal by @tejoventures
