Here to shed light on what contemporary Tantra is and isn’t. ✨💗🔥

I’ve been talking about Tantra a lot lately on podcasts, to help illuminate the field about what it is and isn’t.

From a Somatic lens, Tantra is a healing modality,

a Path That Saves,

because on the journey of becoming more conscious and moving towards enlightenment.

We begin to heal, to integrate our wounded parts,

we do inner child work and learn how to show up in the collective field being able to name and claim where we are at in each and every moment,

recognizing when we are in Shadow or a wounded state.

We start with

⚪️ White Tantra : yoga, meditation, Kriyas : deepening in your relationship with the Divine, to clear the Sushumna channel so that you can purify the vessel and become a channel to God / Goddess

💗 Pink Tantra : Self Love & Embodiment : learning how to run your own vertical sacred life force energy

And then, we can explore

♥️Red Tantra : sharing sacred live force energy with others ; intimacy with others

We have to start with Self.

Otherwise we are just sharing all our gunk and junk with others : which is not conscious.

Too many people are operating from a place of stuck, stagnant energy

judgement,

and this blocks you from your desire.

The red flags 🚩 were there. And I navigated my way around them, embodied, conscious and with grace & compassion for all that is. 💗

I didn’t listen to my mind,

the logical part of me that wanted a partner who had a 401k, owned multiple homes, was raised in wealth consciousness and had done the work on Self to show up whole, integrated and with a regulated nervous system. ✨

I’m softening.

I’m listening.

I’m holding up the mirror to Self to examine all the ways I wasn’t in wealth consciousness and I wasn’t regulated. 🤯

I’m working on stopping projecting onto him to provide the things I want.

I’m learning that sometimes there’s a force greater than the security of the career, the money, the multiple homes,

It’s called love. 💗

Real love,

Like love that shows up fully,

Love that always answers the phone when you call,

Love that cracks you wide open and holds you when you’re crying 😭 with snot on your face, and calls you beautiful,

Love that fights for you and the relationship over and over again, even every time you are volatile and want to end things and walk away,

Love that penetrates you,

Love that transcends time & space,

Love that gives you cervical o.rga$ms,
and extended states of bliss that your yoni has never felt before,

Love that is all consuming.

It can be scary in its intensity,
But then you realize,
F…k, I’m intense. I love intensity. And I love our intense love. ❤️‍🔥

Once upon a time, I was married to a man I loved deeply. ❤️‍🔥

From the outside, we had a beautiful life: the children, the home, the community.

And yet…

Our erotic connection wasn’t alive in the way I longed for it to be.

I could feel it in my body, but I didn’t have the language for it.

I didn’t know about Tantra.

I didn’t know about erotic embodiment.

I didn’t know there were people who could help couples explore desire, polarity, sensation, play, presence, and the space between two bodies.

We went to couples therapy.
We talked.
We tried.

But I eventually left the marriage. 😔

And one of the things I still think about is:

What if we had known another path existed?

Not someone to save us.

But someone to guide us into experiences that conversation alone couldn’t create.

That question changed the course of my life.

I became that person. 🙌🏽

To shine a light on the parts of you that you keep hidden, that you judge in others and feel ashamed about.

The darkness is rising because consciousness is rising : it’s Kali Yurga codes. ❤️‍🔥

If you feel activated,
Good. 😜

That means you are alive, ❤️‍🔥.

And Universe is asking you to do deep excavation work. 🪏 on your subconscious.

What if the parts of Self you’ve been taught to hide are actually asking to be understood?

The desire you judged.
The fantasy you never said out loud.
The turn-on that made you question yourself.
The part of your nature you decided was “too much,” “wrong,” or not acceptable.

These are the places we often exile into the shadows.😔

But shame doesn’t create wholeness.
Integration does.

To explore your s.eggual shadow isn’t to act on every desire. It’s to become curious about what lives underneath it—to witness yourself without immediately judging, suppressing, or making yourself wrong.

Because your erotic essence is not separate from the rest of you.

It is part of your wholeness. ❤️‍🔥

Tantra invites us to stop splitting ourselves into the “acceptable” self and the “hidden” self—and begin weaving the threads back together.

Nothing to perform.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing to shame.

Just a deeper willingness to know yourself.

The liberated self is the integrated self.

We need to initiate men into the process of integrating their Dark Masculine, 🖤❤️‍🔥🌹

their savage essence,
their wild man,
their primal eroticism,
their ruthless warrior,
their passionate lover,
and their devoted protector of the feminine & children.
