The body is ONE incredibly connected system!!!

Sometimes the key to easing neck and shoulder tension isn’t found in the neck or shoulders at all. By releasing the iliopsoas and quads, we can reduce the pull on the low back, allowing the rest of the body to unwind from the ground up.

I love doing this type of you, as a lot of you know! Every session is like solving a puzzle and there is nothing better than watching someone’s body receive and relax on the table.

“Hannah is an absolute goddess. I originally started seeing her for massage therapy, but after going through a rough patch, I knew I needed some energy healing. Since I already knew she does spiritual work, I couldn’t think of anyone better to call.
We laughed, I cried (a lot), and somehow she helped me let go of things I didn’t even realize I was still carrying. It honestly felt like she knew exactly what was going on before I could even put it into words.
I leave every session feeling a million times better than when I walked in. Whether you’re looking for massage, energy healing, or spiritual guidance, I can’t recommend Hannah enough. She’s truly gifted.
10/10, without hesitation. I genuinely wish I could carry her around in my pocket. There is no price you can put on the peace, healing, and clarity she provides. She’s simply priceless.” - Melissa

Massage has taken me to some extraordinary places.

A yacht in Hawaii.
My quiet treatment room.
The tiny body of a newborn.
The bedside of someone living with Alzheimer’s.
The recovery journey of someone whose life changed in an instant after an accident.

Different settings. Different stories. Different goals.

Because massage isn’t one thing.

Sometimes it’s luxury.
Sometimes it’s recovery.
Sometimes it’s pain relief.
Sometimes it’s nervous system regulation.
Sometimes it’s connection when words are no longer enough.
Sometimes it’s simply helping someone feel at home in their own body again.

For nearly two decades, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing how powerful intentional touch can be. Every body carries a story, and every session begins by listening to that story.

This work has taught me that healing doesn’t always look like fixing. Sometimes healing looks like comfort. Presence. A deep breath. A little more movement. A little less pain. A moment of peace.

No matter where the table is, the purpose is always the same:

To care for the human being lying on it.
Big love to all of you!

“Hannah was so great and such a wonderful person. I felt so much lighter and better after getting my first massage with her. I will definitely be back and I’m totally recommending her to friends and family.”
- Samantha S.

So grateful for feedback like this. It truly means the world when clients leave feeling lighter and supported after their first session with me. Referrals are one of the greatest compliments I can receive—thank you for trusting my work and for sharing it with your friends and family.

Supporting creative careers through intentional bodywork and nervous system care. 💫

For artists, the body is the tool. When the nervous system is supported, creativity flows with more ease, presence, and longevity.

Grateful for the friendships this work has brought into my life. Bodywork is more than just releasing tension—it’s about connection, healing, and supporting each other on and off the table. Massage and cupping not only ease the body, but nurture the soul. So thankful for the beautiful humans who let me do what I love.

Love you! @nsalbadri

“Hannah was welcoming & professional. Her instincts were fantastic & her flow was lovely. The cupping, scraping, and tuning fork were awesome additions. Would definitely book another session with Hannah”
-Amber

More recently I have been integrating tuning forks into my sessions and the response has been great! Utilizing this specific tool supports nervous system regulation, enhances circulation, and promotes energetic balance. The targeted sound frequencies help release tension and encourage the body’s natural healing response.

Spent some beautiful time in the Bay Area working alongside my dear friend, an incredibly gifted acupuncturist who lives with chronic Lyme disease. Her strength, wisdom, and compassion run deep — even when what she’s carrying isn’t visible to the world. Because she’s young and radiant, many wouldn’t know the challenges she faces daily, and yet she continues to show up for others with such grace.

It was an honor to work on her and with her at an event focused on mental health advocacy. I’m leaving inspired, grateful, and full of love for the sacred work we get to do together.

Big love to everyone!
