We cannot wait to meet everyone and get to know you all better. Application link can be found in our bio, as well as through the QR code. All applications will close September 4th at 11:59pm. Late applications will not be considered.

Additionally, you must attend at least one Hooked on AED Recruitment Event (9/1-9/4) for your application to be considered. Our amazing Recruitment Assistant Team will also be hosting events starting Wednesday 8/26! These events do not count towards your one event but use them to get to know our RAs! Make sure to show up and ask them any questions!!

Hooked on AED Recruitment Events:
Tuesday 9/1: Info Session #1
Wednesday 9/2: Info Session #2
Thursday 9/3: Speed Friending
Friday 9/4: Meet the Actives

More details can be found about these events on our instagram!

Before submitting, please read the application instructions on the Google form thoroughly. If you have any questions, DM @texasaed or email admissions@texasaed.org

Hi everyone! My name is Bella and I am honored to be serving as President for this upcoming year. I am an Organismal Biology and Physiology major with a minor in Health Communications. As President, I lead our meetings, support other officer positions, maintain the general needs of the organization, and serve as a liaison between our chapter and UT/nationals. Outside of AED, I like to go to concerts, read, try new food spots, and spend time with friends! I am so excited for this year and I cannot wait to meet you all!! by @texasaed

Hey, everyone! My name is Ninette, and I am thrilled to be your Vice President for the year! I am a senior majoring in Biomedical Engineering, with a certificate in Computational Engineering on the pre-med track. In my role as Vice President, I assist the president in coordinating our officer board and serve as the executive director of our amazing philanthropy, Pie A President. I am looking forward to working with my six chairs and their committees to plan fundraising campaigns, develop business partnerships, and support the pledges with their fundraising projects. In my free time, I enjoy baking, crafting, working out, and traveling. I can’t wait to meet our new pledges and make this year the best one yet! #okd #pap by @texasaed

Hi everyone!! I’m Anusha and I'm so excited to be serving as Secretary this year! I’m a junior majoring in Biology and Psychology in the Dean’s Scholars Honors Program, and I’m on the pre-med track. I’ve been a part of AED since the fall of my freshman year (Fall ’24 best pledge class 🫶). As Secretary, I’ll be tracking points, managing our newsletter and Flare, and, most importantly, working with our new member class! I’m also so excited to be serving as a pledge mom this year and can’t wait to get to know all of you 🥹. Outside of AED, I love reading, baking, and trying new restaurants around Austin. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone and making this the best year yet! by @texasaed
