I started competing in Bodybuilding shows from 2018 as a youngster who had started gym to get more powerful for boxing.
.
After Bridgetown in 2019 (my third show in life), I hit a pause like many others due to Covid, lockdowns, lack of competition etc, and made my return to the stage in 2023 coached by Stevenson Belle representing formula Body Tuning Centre and competing in the ABC inter-gym comp, Nationals and representing this island Ichirougnaim for my first CAC Championships in Aruba.
.
Following on from 2024 where (I think) I did the same shows as the year prior (w/CAC in Guyana), I only did the Roger Boyce Classic in 2025, taking a break until this year for Nationals 2026.
.
Between 2018-2024 the mass and physique developments are evident. This recent show in 2026 saw me hit the stage more peeled that ever from my first full self-prep. The aim for 2027 is a strong Nationals performance, selection for the National Team and an outstanding CAC performance - more mass yet and comparable if not strikingly better conditioning and definition - hitting a maximum of 3 other shows earlier in the year to soft “practice” peaking and as incentive to stay within striking distance (Roger Boyce Classic and 2 more comps max, whether inter-gym or other local shows)..
Let’s go. by @tgn_xpressions

“Jealous”

No hate to Labyrinth or anyone that really likes that song…..just not my cup of tea. It’s almost annoying that the melody is so memorable and beautiful; I abhor the lyrics and that pissy, too-little-too-late, beggy beggy energy.

Anywho, happy Wednesday. Shoutout to @sarah._.sings_ (I think you had done a phenomenal cover of this song a while back) and @annaraysings (for the informal vocal lessons once upon a time. by @tgn_xpressions

Shout out to the @wuhgineon family for getting me out to Soca Stage in their support of the artists, as well as shining the way and opening the door for me to enjoy so many other great experiences this season (like @socasurge) where I get to reconnect with some good people again too (like @ignite_entertainment_246) by @tgn_xpressions

This is what a set taken to failure looks like.

If you're failing to fail, expect to fail to achieve the result you desire.

That's the whole message.

Good morning.
