Keyjana impact team reporting live from Kampala 🇺🇬🇹🇿

They were at the Nordic–Uganda Partnership Day 2026 to talk all things youth, culture, and real-world SDG impact.

Hear more from them. by @thabithjohn

Greetings from Kampala

KEYJana Impact team is in Uganda! 🇹🇿🇺🇬

We're here for the Nordic–Uganda Partnership Day 2026, organized by the Royal Danish Embassy Kampala — celebrating partnership for the SDGs between the Nordic countries, Ugandan institutions, and the Government of Uganda, as we learn, connect, exchange ideas, and celebrate the power of partnership, while reflecting on access to policy information as a key to SDGs achievement.

We're also using this space to strengthen our network for youth spaces, and connections so young people can engage with policy and have a stronger voice in decisions shaping their future.

KEYJana Impact at #IYD2026

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us at the International Youth Day commemoration in Dodoma and made the KEYJana Impact space a vibrant hub for conversations, connections, and youth voices.

It was inspiring to engage with young people, partners, policymakers, media, and fellow stakeholders who shared ideas and experiences on creating greater opportunities for young Tanzanians to access policy information, participate meaningfully in civic processes, and contribute to climate action.

Your energy, stories, questions, and commitment reminded us why youth voices must be at the centre of shaping policies and decisions that affect their future.

Thank you for being part of the KEYJana Impact journey. The conversations continue, and the impact begins with all of us.

Kutoka Maktaba 📹

Mapema mwaka huu, Danida SDG Fellows walishiriki Tamasha la People's Dialogue mjini Nairobi, Kenya.

Tazama walivyolizungumzia tukio hili.

From Our Archives 📹

Earlier this year, the Danida SDG Fellows travelled to Nairobi, Kenya for the People's Dialogue Festival.

Inspired by Denmark's annual People's Meeting on Bornholm, the festival brings together citizens, leaders, civil society and the private sector to discuss ideas and solutions for the future.

Here's what they had to say about the experience. by @thabithjohn

#DiraMtaani: Vijana Wanasemaje?

#DiraMtaani: Vijana Wanasemaje? (Vision on the Streets: What Are the Youth Saying?)

Is a platform bringing young people together in different communities to discuss and reflect on Tanzania’s Development Vision 2050.

The initiative creates space for open dialogue and encourages young people, especially those who may not always have the chance to take part in national conversations, to share their ideas and perspectives on the country’s future.

Dira Mtaani is funded by the European Union and implemented by The Chanzo.
