Fasted cardio & The Four Agreements.

I’ve read The Four Agreements 3, or four times now.
Now I’m listening to it. It’s a good reminder.

The Agreements.
1. Be Impeccable with your word.
2. Don’t take anything personal.
3. Don’t make any assumptions.
4. Always do your best. by @thatguybamn

“I gotta grow”

Over the years I’ve noticed so much growth within myself. Within that growth I’ve also noticed distance grow between myself and people that I thought I would always be close with.

I’ve had to come to terms with that fact.
Sometimes growth comes with separation.
Separation sometimes leads to elevation, maybe another growth spurt.
Or, maybe not.

Growth, for me has been uncomfortable, unpredictable, sad, inspiring, and a host of other feelings and emotions. SOMEBODY MAKE IT ALL MAKE SENSE.

“More involved, less impressed”

This is the most “involved” with me that I’ve ever been. I’m excited about it, and also sad that I can’t take some people with me.

I’m sure I’ve done some impressive things to some people, and I’ve been impressed by some people, but I don’t know that I’ve ever impressed myself.

I’m not sure what I’m here for, and I’ve never been more grounded in the “not knowing”. by @thatguybamn
