I’m not your average coach. I haven’t always been fit.

Back in school, I used to pretend to tie my shoelace just to avoid running in sports class.

I know what it's like because I've been there.

I've tried the fad diets, different gym splits and endless health hacks. 40+kg later, I know what actually works.

So why wait until tomorrow, next week or next year?

Book your complimentary 1-1 consultation through the link in my bio and let's see if we're a good fit. 💪 by @thatmetalcoach

I lost 43kg and this is where it started...

I used to weigh 119kg.

Zero training experience.
Comfort eating.
No confidence in my own body.

I tried diets that never lasted and kept restarting over and over again.

What finally changed everything?

Strength training.
Sustainable nutrition.
Consistency.

Over time I lost 43kg - and kept it off.

Now I help beginners and frustrated dieters achieve real results without extreme diets or endless cardio.

If you’re struggling right now, remember this:

You don’t need a perfect plan.
You need a plan you can stick to.

Everyone starts somewhere.
This was my starting point.

Training with the @darkfuneralofficial and @dimmuborgir guys in London.

They are on tour and still training. That is the difference!

In League with Satan is across Europe now. All three bands are delivering.

If you want the same structure around your own training, the coaching is in the bio.

Peter Steele said no one wants to see fat musicians on stage. Harsh, or just true?

MURTAD is out!

1 hour 11 minutes. The original TRIVAX story in Iran. Directed and produced by Jackie Smit of Into the Necrosphere.

“This was never just about making a film about a band. It was about telling a story I believed deserved to be heard.”

The curls are not the problem.

Most people training like this are already eating too little, skipping sessions, and guessing. The arms do not grow. The fat does not move. They just get better at suffering in the gym.

I did the same thing for years. No coach, no structure. The results I eventually got could have happened in a third of the time.

If you are training and nothing is changing, that is the gap. Nutrition, a plan you can actually follow, and someone checking you are doing it.

I was depressed, overweight and convinced I had no control over any of it.

Started the gym with zero knowledge and no coach. The results came, but it took years longer than it should have. What I ended up with, I could have done in a third of the time.

A coach does not do the work for you. They stop you wasting years figuring it out alone.

If that is where you are, the coaching is there. Link in bio. by @thatmetalcoach

Legion! T-minus two days until the full documentary drops. Here's the trailer.

***********

What does it mean to be an apostate? And what price must a man pay for refusing to surrender his convictions?

MURTAD is a documentary about @thatmetalcoach, the Iranian musician behind @trivax_official, and the journey that took him from Iran's underground metal scene into exile.

Through heavy metal, personal conviction and an uncompromising refusal to remain silent, Shayan's story explores the collision between identity, religion, artistic freedom and the consequences of defiance.

This is a story about the music that refuses to be silenced, the price of freedom, and a man who chose to risk everything to live on his own terms.
