Next cavette is Sara Banderby, open water instructor and cold-water diver from Sweden.

She spends most of her times in mines and on wrecks, but do enjoy nature dives as well.

“I love diving, the feeling of weightlessness and I love the history that is hidden beneath the surface. I want to show others what lays in the deep.”

Sara has been diving since 2009 and is currently diving the JJ-CCR. And she loves gin.

Her favourite gear to dive with: @weezlesport undergarments for the most cold conditions, her @ursuit drysuit and the @jjccr_official rebreather.

Meet @tecdivesanne she is an instructor by @innerspace_explorers and lives in Belgium 🇧🇪

Most of the time you can find her exploring the Belgian forests searching for old mines and natural caves to dive in.

As a beginner diver/ explorer in this magnificent underwater world she keeps on learning everyday.

“I think that is the most beautiful part. Not only exploring the environment but also your own path. And I must say this path is amazing.”

“Technical diving costs a lot of money.”

Yes, but:
• Investing in quality dive gear is about safety.
• Good gear with the right maintenance, last a lifetime.
• You don’t need to go all in straight away.
• Courses will teach you to dive in all safety.
• Your body will thank you for using a “more expensive gas”.
• The right gear = more comfort. More comfort = less stress. Less stress = lower air consumption = the longer you can enjoy your dive. 💙

Life's beautiful when you get to dive💙❄️
2 months postpartum. My medical is done and turns out I'm fitter than last year! My doctor said my results are impressive 💪😊
Throughout my pregnancy all I could here was: "don't do it, you shouldn't do it, you can't do this...."!!!

Do it!!! Listen to your body, not all the opinions and your body will reward you 😊

She's back.💦💙
Every postpartum journey is different and very individual.
It's taken me 3 weeks to be back in water after giving birth to my little diver to be👶.

How did it feel to be back? Pretty normal!
I still know how to dive😊 The only difference is an extra kg I need and there's someone waiting for my breast upon my ascent 😅🍼

On that note, Merry Christmas everyone🎄🎅.
