Coach Stump out here doing his thing at the US Open!! 🔥

This was his very first time competing in Vegas. He entered Masters A at 88 kg and still managed to take 3rd with minimal training or dieting. I swear only Qian’te could pull that off 😂 He’s AMAZING and we’re so proud. 🙌

This tournament was such a great reminder that one of the best things about wrestling is it never has to be “over.” If you love the sport and you love to compete get out there!! Seeing coaches out there crushing it, having fun, and old teammates scrapping again was unreal. We had an absolute blast.

AND HEAR ME OUT… I think he should go Senior level next year 👀 What do y’all think?? 🤔

Former collegiate track athlete ➡️ 40 lbs DOWN and absolutely THRIVING.

She lost 40 lbs in 8 months and has now successfully transitioned out of her fat-loss phase (maintaining around 145 lbs while eating 2,200 calories per day.)

After collegiate sports ended and she began her career as a nurse, she felt like she had lost a piece of herself. But instead of just chasing another quick weight loss goal, she learned how to fuel her body, train with purpose, and build habits she can actually sustain.

Now she can confidently say she knows how to maintain her results and has the tools to continue improving without constantly dieting.
