A very simplified list. If only it was all this neat and tidy in the living of it.

My life has seen me live stories of despair and disconnection. Sadly the case for too many of us. While I'm not using this post and page to revisit my trauma, it's important to look at where you came from if you want to truly grow and change.

Popped my Substack cherry.

'I’m spiraling right now please I need you.’ The words glared back at me from the screen, furious that I had even typed them to begin with, and then angrier that I had the audacity to press send. I gazed at them, hoping to see ‘typing’ pop up next to his name, but, nothing. I curled into myself, pulled the covers over my head and closed my eyes, hoping that I would somehow manage to fall asleep and find refuge in the astral.'

Why the spiral?

An ancient symbol that resonates with many on their own journeys of remembrance. The path moves inward and we meet ourselves. Equally important is the choice to take the path outwards, where we see now with depth of insight our patterns and how we can work through them with our inner knowing. From this movement outwards also comes the sharing of our wisdom and our gifts.

Rinse and Repeat. As needed.
