We are so excited to announce that our Pistachio macaron has been awarded a Golden Star! ⭐️

Great Taste is the world’s largest and most trusted food and drink accreditation scheme. This year over 14,300 products were judged by over 500 judges over 110 days (nearly 1/3 of the year 😱) in lots of different categories. And to get an award - is an incredible achievement!

We are so very grateful to you our customers, for giving us the confidence to even enter such a prestigious competition! Onwards and upwards!

What flavours should we enter next year? 😉

What do you gift someone who’s got everything?
An experience of exceptional macarons, thoughtfully personalised of course! ✨

I loved creating these beautiful gifts, consisting of 10 macarons and a ‘mega mac’ with a personal message (printed on sugar paper) - no card needed! 😉 all presented in a gorgeous gift box and tied with a ribbon 🎀

I was told that the macarons weren’t shared at the party, but were devoured at home instead 🤭 good decision if you ask me hehe

Our macarons are made using a reduced sugar recipe, to give the almond meringue cookies a more delicate texture. We use whipped ganache as our filling - less sweet, and more light and luxurious, it carries flavours beautifully, and makes you go ‘wow’ from the first bite!
Our macarons aren’t just ‘sweet treats’, they’re a taste journey of exploration and indulgence, each macaron full of character and unique notes. Dive into our monthly menu, and experience it for yourself ✨

Another fun birthday order I had recently - Harry Potter themed macarons! 🧙‍♂️ using edible pens from @rainbow_dust_colours for great solid colour, and taking inspiration from @macaron_magic_delights, I added the designs onto half the macarons and they came out so well! ✨

The customer later messaged that ‘they were a huge hit!’ and her daughter absolutely loved them! 🥰 just what we love to hear 🙌

As far as birthday macaron towers go - this one was the most colourful and complex yet! 🎨

🍭Over 160 macarons, 11 flavours (including 2 that I’ve not made before), some macarons consisting of two colours, all customised with either gold splatter, gold brush strokes, gold stamped, sprinkles or glitter, all with handwritten names on ✍️
Bringing it together took longer than I anticipated, but the end result looked stunning! 🤩

The customer was super pleased and macarons didn’t last very long 🤭

Do you have a celebration coming up? Let’s glam it up with some macarons! Send us a message and let’s create something memorable together ✨

RARE. 🥩

What an incredible night!

Last night, an idea we’ve been working on for months finally came to life, our first ever RARE. at Block & Butcher.

A butcher’s shop transformed for one night.
24 guests. Seven courses.
A menu built around incredible meat, from hook to plate.

But RARE. was about so much more than the food.

One of the best parts of doing what we do is getting to work alongside people who genuinely love hospitality and are incredibly passionate about their craft.

RARE. was created by people who care.

The idea was created, the produce was sourced, the drinks were selected, the food was cooked and every plate was served by people who are passionate about what they do.

And we think that showed in every part of the night.

A huge thank you to @blocknbutcher for believing in the idea, opening up their incredible space and sourcing some phenomenal produce for the menu.

To @no2poundst for bringing the drinks side of RARE. to life with the wine pairings. 🍷

And to @the.secret.macaron for creating the incredible Parmesan, beef & onion macarons for our secret course — they couldn’t have fitted the night any better.

From the butter candles burning on the tables to the final plate leaving the kitchen, it was everything we hoped RARE. would be.

And to the 24 people who managed to grab a seat after we sold out in under 3 minutes! thank you for being there for the very first one.

What an incredible first night.

This was RARE.

First night complete. And we’re only just getting started. 🥩🔥

The elegant finishing touches are our specialty 🌟
Let us take the stress off your shoulders, and sort out the best sweet favours to greet your guests at the table. Maybe suggest they have it as a starter with their reception drink 🥂 because who can wait long enough to take them home? 🤭

We make little pieces of spontaneous desire. Message to order yours 💌

A special celebration deserves a special treat 🥰

My favourite customers? Kids. Kids who ask to have macarons for their birthday cake. Kids who KNOW that they want MY macarons 🥹 I mean, isn’t it the best reward, the most fulfilling feeling? I’m so grateful for all those orders, it honestly feels so special. Thank you ❤️

Let’s play a game! 🤭

Now I know the video is x35 the original speed, but can you count how many different chocolates I use for the 7 ganaches I make here?
And did you see me breaking bananas into the cream to infuse for your banoffee macarons? That’s where the taste comes from, no essences or artificial flavouring 👌

Two more weekends left of the current menu, before we move into October 🍁
