Everyone is trying to fix their disc bulge…
but very few people actually ask - why did it happen in the first place?

Because here’s the truth most people don’t know.

If you scan a lot of people, many of them will show a disc bulge in MRI…
but they don’t have any pain.

Why?

Because a disc bulge alone is not always the problem.

Pain usually starts when:

→ The disc begins to compress or irritate a nerve
→ There is excess pressure on one area of the spine
→ The body is stuck in a poor posture or movement pattern

That’s when symptoms begin.

Otherwise, many people live with disc bulges without even knowing it.

So the real question is not just:
“How to fix the disc bulge?”

The real question is:
“What is causing pressure on your disc?”

In most cases, the root cause is:

→ Poor breathing pattern
→ Rib cage collapse
→ Pelvic imbalance
→ Tight muscles and weak support system
→ Long sitting with wrong posture

If you don’t fix these, the pressure stays… and the pain keeps coming back.

That’s why in my approach, we don’t chase the MRI report.

We focus on reducing pressure, correcting alignment, and fixing the root cause.

👉 Comment “THERAPY” if you want to understand your pain and fix it properly.

Most people treat pain where it hurts.

But that’s NOT where the problem is.

In this case, the pain was on the left side of the lower back… but the actual issue was on the right side of the pelvis.

👉 Right hip hike
👉 Pelvic imbalance (APT + LPT)
👉 Poor posture over time

This created excessive pressure on the lower back, especially around the L4–L5 disc, leading to discomfort, stiffness, and radiating pain.

The body was simply compensating.

We didn’t chase the pain.

We focused on:

• Restoring pelvic alignment
• Correcting posture
• Rebalancing movement patterns
• Improving breathing mechanics

As the pelvis came back to neutral, the pressure on the L4–L5 disc reduced.

And naturally… the pain started disappearing.

So now

- Better alignment
- Improved movement
- Pain-free daily life

👉 The lesson?

Pain is often the symptom. Alignment is the root cause.

Comment “THERAPY” to understand your case better.

Two months ago, life had become extremely difficult for her.

She was dealing with multiple spine issues - scoliosis, vertebral degeneration, herniated discs, and pelvic tilt.

Back pain wasn’t occasional. It was constant.

Sleeping for more than 1–2 hours at night felt impossible.

Painkillers and pain-relief gels had become part of daily life.
Yet nothing was actually helping.

That’s when she joined Deep Yoga Therapy.

We didn’t rush.
We didn’t mask the pain.

We focused on stabilising his spine, correcting alignment, calming the nervous system, and rebuilding his body step by step.

Two months later, here’s what changed:

→ She is now completely pain-free
→ Back stiffness reduced by nearly 98%
→ Sleeping 6–7 hours comfortably
→ No painkillers
→ No pain-relief gels
→ Better movement, better energy, better quality of life

Her words say it best - healing is possible when you work on the root, not just the symptoms.

There’s still a journey ahead, and she knows it.
But today, she’s living without fear, without pain, and with gratitude.

If you’re tired of managing pain and ready to actually heal,
DM “THERAPY” and let’s start your recovery the right way.

Your disc bulge is not responsible for your pain. The nerve compression is.

This happens to so many people, but most of them are not even aware of it.

Yes, you need to understand this 👇

When your MRI shows a disc bulge, it doesn’t automatically mean that the disc is causing your pain.

Many people have disc bulges without experiencing any symptoms.

But when a bulging disc irritates or puts pressure on a nearby nerve, you may start experiencing:

→ Pain radiating from your back into your legs
→ Tingling or numbness
→ Burning or electric shock-like sensations
→ Muscle weakness
→ Pain that increases in certain positions

But here’s something even more important.

Why is that nerve getting irritated in the first place?

Sometimes, the answer goes beyond the disc itself.

Your pelvic position, rib cage movement, breathing pattern, spinal alignment, and the way your body handles pressure can all influence how your spine is being loaded.

If your pelvis is constantly shifting, your rib cage isn’t expanding properly, or certain areas of your spine keep taking excessive pressure, it may contribute to the irritation.

That’s why we don’t just focus on the disc bulge.

We assess how your entire body moves, breathes, and distributes pressure to understand what may be contributing to your symptoms.

We’ve helped 2,000+ people dealing with disc bulges, sciatica, back pain, and postural issues by working on their individual movement and compensation patterns.

If you’re struggling with disc bulge pain and want to understand what could be causing it, comment “THERAPY” and I’ll share the details.

Pain and tightness on BOTH sides of your neck, even after stretching?

The problem might not be limited to your neck muscles.

When your thoracic spine and rib cage remain in an extended position, your upper back may lose its natural mobility.

This can affect your cervical spine’s positioning and how your rib cage expands during breathing.

But how does this cause neck tightness?

When your rib cage cannot expand properly, especially towards the back, your breathing mechanics may become restricted.

As a result, muscles around your neck, including the SCM (sternocleidomastoid), may start overworking to assist your breathing.

This can contribute to:

→ Tightness on both sides of your neck
→ Overloaded SCM muscles
→ Recurring neck pain and stiffness
→ Restricted cervical movement

That’s why stretching your neck alone may not be enough.

You also need to work on your posterior rib cage expansion, upper back mobility, and breathing mechanics.

The 3 drills shown in this video focus on:

→ Improving posterior rib cage expansion
→ Supporting better diaphragm function
→ Reducing unnecessary neck muscle tension
→ Improving upper back mobility

As your breathing and rib cage movement improve, your neck muscles may no longer need to work as hard.

Remember, neck pain can have several causes, so identifying what’s contributing to your symptoms is important.

Comment “THERAPY” if you’re dealing with recurring neck pain, cervical disc bulge, or other spine-related issues, and I’ll share the details to join my LIVE Yoga Therapy Sessions.

Chiropractic cracking videos look satisfying, especially when you are dealing with neck pain, back pain, or disc bulge.

But does cracking your spine actually address the reason behind your pain?

You may feel temporary relief after an adjustment, but if your body keeps returning to the same movement pattern, the pain may come back.

Here’s what most people don’t understand.

When your rib cage cannot expand properly from the front and back, your breathing mechanics can become restricted.

Because of this, muscles around your neck, including the SCM (sternocleidomastoid), may start working harder to support your breathing.

This can contribute to neck tightness, stiffness, and recurring discomfort.

And your lower back can be affected too.

When your pelvis gets stuck in one position and your rib cage loses mobility, your lumbar spine may compensate during everyday movements.

Over time, this can contribute to:

→ Neck pain and SCM muscle tightness
→ Lower back pain and stiffness
→ Increased stress around the lumbar spine
→ Restricted spinal movement
→ Recurring discomfort with disc bulge

This is why, in my yoga therapy sessions, we don’t just focus on cracking, stretching, or moving the painful area.

We first assess how your rib cage, pelvis, breathing, and spinal movements are working together.

Then we focus on:

→ Rib cage expansion
→ Breathing mechanics
→ Pelvic mobility and alignment
→ Spinal movement and posture correction
→ Gradual strength and movement training

I’ve worked with 2000+ people dealing with disc bulges, cervical pain, sciatica, back pain, and postural issues.

Chiropractic adjustments can provide relief for some people, but recurring pain deserves a proper assessment of the factors contributing to it.

Comment “THERAPY” if you’re struggling with neck pain, back pain, or disc bulge and want to work on the possible root causes through live yoga therapy.

A herniated disc doesn’t mean you have to live with pain forever.

But if you’re only looking at your MRI report and thinking,
“Yahi meri pain ka reason hai…”

Then you may be missing the actual root cause.

Because in many cases, pain is not coming only because of the herniated disc.

Pain starts when your spine, pelvis, rib cage, breathing, and movement pattern keep creating pressure on the same area again and again.

Your pelvis may be tilted.

Your lower back may be compressed.

Your rib cage may not be expanding properly.

Your breathing may not be supporting your spine.

And because of this, the nerve around your spine can stay irritated.

That is why medicines, rest, massage, or random exercises may give temporary relief…

But the pain keeps coming back.

In our therapy, we don’t just ask,
“Where is the pain?”

We ask,
“Why is this pressure being created in your body?”

Then we work on:

→ Pelvis alignment
→ Spine decompression
→ Breathing mechanics
→ Rib cage expansion
→ Posture correction
→ Movement re-training

I have worked with 2000+ people dealing with disc bulge, disc herniation, sciatica, back pain, posture imbalance, and spine-related problems.

And I’ve seen one thing again and again:

When you correct the root pressure, the body starts healing much faster.

So don’t lose hope after seeing “herniated disc” in your MRI.

Your disc is not always the full story.

Your body mechanics may be the real reason behind the pain.

Comment “THERAPY” if you want to understand what may be creating pressure on your spine.

Most people treat their L4-L5 disc bulge like it is only a lower back problem.

But the real reason is often hidden in your pelvis.

Your pelvis is the base of your spine.

So when your pelvis loses its natural movement and gets stuck in one position, your lumbar spine starts taking extra pressure.

And because L4-L5 is at the bottom of your spine, this area gets affected first.

One important thing to understand:

Anterior pelvic tilt itself is not always the problem.

The real issue starts when your pelvis gets stuck in that tilt and cannot move freely.

That is when your lower back stays compressed again and again.

If your pelvis is stuck in anterior pelvic tilt, your lumbar spine can take extra load.

If your pelvis is stuck in lateral pelvic tilt, your spine can start twisting and compensating.

And both can create repeated pressure on the L4-L5 region.

That is why many people feel:

→ Lower back pain
→ L4-L5 disc bulge pain
→ Sciatica
→ Radiating leg pain
→ Nerve irritation
→ Pain while sitting or bending

This is why only treating your lower back or disc bulge may not give long-term relief.

You need to understand what your pelvis is doing.

Because once the pelvis starts moving better, your spine can stop taking pressure from the wrong direction.

Comment “ROOT CAUSE” if you have L4-L5 disc bulge or back pain and want to understand what may be creating pressure on your spine.

His posture used to look like this because of lateral pelvic tilt.

In just 2 months, he started standing much straighter.

But the problem was not just “bad posture.”

Because of lateral pelvic tilt, his whole body was compensating.

His pelvis was shifted.
His spine was not aligned properly.
His rib cage was compressed.
His body weight was falling unevenly.
And this started creating pressure in different areas of his body.

That is why he was feeling pain in multiple places, not just one.

When your pelvis is not balanced, your spine also starts adjusting around it.

And when the spine keeps adjusting again and again, it can create nerve irritation, compression, stiffness, and pain.

This is why we didn’t just tell him to stand straight.

We worked on:

→ Pelvic alignment
→ Rib cage expansion
→ Breathing mechanics
→ Spine decompression
→ Posture correction
→ Movement re-training

Slowly, the pressure on his body started reducing.

His posture improved.
His body became more balanced.
His pain started reducing.
And his movement became easier.

This is what happens when you stop forcing posture and start working on the actual root cause.

Comment “THERAPY” if you want to understand what may be creating pain and imbalance in your body.

📌 Comment “THERAPY” if you’re facing similar symptoms, and our team will share the next steps with you.

When he first came to us, his biggest concern wasn’t only the back pain.

His right-hand fingers had almost stopped responding properly, wrist movement was restricted, and his shoulder movement was affected.

But once we assessed his body as a whole, we found a much bigger pattern.

His spine was heavily extension-dominant, with the cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions all compensating together. His breathing mechanics, ribcage and pelvic positioning were also contributing to how his body was managing movement and load.

So we didn’t work on the hand alone.

Over the next 2–3 months, we gradually worked on breathing mechanics, spinal movement, ribcage and pelvis control, shoulder function, nerve mobility, wrist control and finger strength.

And slowly, the changes started showing.

→ Finger movement improved
→ Wrist control improved
→ Strength started returning
→ Overall body movement became more controlled

Sometimes the symptom you notice is only one part of a much bigger movement pattern.

Comment “THERAPY” if you’re struggling with lower back pain or discomfort and want to understand the root cause.

Cobra pose is not for every lower back pain.

Many people are told to do cobra pose for back pain, but after doing it, their pain increases.

Why?

Because if you have anterior pelvic tilt, your lower back is already in extra extension.

And when you do cobra pose, you may create even more compression in the lumbar spine.

This can irritate your disc bulge, increase lower back pressure, and make your pain worse.

So instead of blindly doing cobra pose, first understand what your body actually needs.

If cobra pose increases your pain, try this drill:

→ Come into cat-cow position
→ Gently round your spine
→ Tuck your pelvis slightly in
→ Look between your palms
→ Exhale through your mouth
→ Slowly inhale through your nose
→ Feel expansion in your upper back

Do this for 5 slow breaths.

The goal is not to force movement.

The goal is to create space in your spine and reduce unnecessary compression from your lower back.

You see your MRI report…

It shows multiple disc bulges or even a single disc bulge.

And the first thought that comes to your mind is:

“Can this be cured naturally?”
“What is the solution for this?”
“Will I need medicines or surgery?”

Let me tell you one thing.

In many cases, disc bulge pain can improve naturally without depending on medicines.

But only when you stop treating it like just a “disc problem.”

Your MRI shows the structure.

But it does not show:

→ Why your spine is getting compressed
→ Why your pelvis is not aligned
→ Why your breathing is not supporting your spine
→ Why your body is compensating
→ Why your nerves are getting irritated

Many times, the pain is not only because of the disc bulge.

It happens because your body keeps putting pressure on the same area again and again.

That pressure can come from:

→ Pelvis imbalance
→ Poor posture
→ Wrong sitting habits
→ Breathing dysfunction
→ Weak body mechanics
→ Spinal compression

So yes, you can work on it naturally.

But not with random exercises.

You need to work on the actual root cause.

That means correcting your pelvis, breathing, posture, spine alignment, and movement pattern.

I have helped 2000+ people recover from disc bulge, sciatica, back pain, and spine-related problems by working on the root cause naturally.

Comment “THERAPY” if you want to understand what may be creating pressure on your spine.
