💔😭🌈This afternoon we said goodbye to our sweetest Neela girl! No more pain baby girl, run free with Laila and we saw the rainbow you sent us as the sun is setting this evening.

You should still be here…
I wish I could rewind time…
My heart is broken and will never be the same without you…
How am I supposed to do this without you after 12 years…

💔This isn’t goodbye it’s just see you later baby girl.💔🌈
.
Broken, shattered, in shock, that’s just a few of the things I’m feeling.
.
At around 7pm last night Laila had a full on seizure(never had one before) then from 7 to 8(mind you it takes 40 minutes to get to the closet emergency vet to us) she had a total of 11 seizures. Long story short it was a Brain tumor. It’s so heartbreaking how everything can appear completely normal and then change in a heartbeat. I’m in shock in having to watch my heart dog go though something so tragically and then having to make the hardest choice of letting her go. I’m trying to be thankful for the 12 wonderful years that was given to us!
.
Also I see all your messages and I’ll be replying slowly. So much appreciation for everyone that has reached out to us. So thankful for this community

Brrr! 🌬🦊🍂🍁 It feels like we have jumped into winter in a 24hr period. From 82 on Friday to the low 60s and wind on Saturday, plus 30s at night now.
It’s definitely sweater weather now! Have any of you had a major shift in weather?

Throwback Thursday
Throwing it back to last year’s pumpkin patch adventure with miss Neela, oh how I miss this girl every freaking day! These memories popping up is so bittersweet with feelings of wishing she was still here to do this with and also thankful that I have these memories to look back on. 🥹

“Somewhere between Mondays rush and Fridays relief… there’s Wednesday, a reminder to stay steady, stay grounded and keep showing up.”
.
Definitely a good quote as I have wanted to call into work everyday but I keep pushing and always keep showing up. 💪🏻

🫥👎🏻This book was not for me and it was a disappointment and I have decided not to finish it, I read about half of it and just couldn’t anymore. I was hopeful for it to be a good October read! To me it was not well laid out and a little cheesy. It gets no stars ⭐️ from me!

Sunday vibes!🍁🍂🎃📖
This weekend has been a lazy one and I’m okay with that and just what my body needed.
.
Mostly read yesterday and watched a little of my show. Then made teriyaki bowls for dinner. Today will be more of the same but I might also decorate my front porch for fall.
.
Share your weekend so far with us. What did you do? What are you currently reading or watching?
