2025 CPU Canadian National Championships is a wrap. I am so very thankful for the unwavering support and dedication of my coach @_mackenzieswan . I also couldn't have done it without support from the lifting community, my family, and friends. Thank you to @pythonbliss for sponsorship as well as @silverbaklifts for his support and for the transportation! Thank you to @yukonzoe and @matthew.el.es for taking care of all my creatures while I was away! And to Emily for believing in me and being in my cheering section! I took 3 months off this summer and am SO PROUD of my comeback that landed me in 3rd.

I'm most proud of this lift, 2 reds, but my squat depth was so close. 396 lbs, and I got it up. Can't wait for a huge squat at Nationals! All because of excellent coaching from @_mackenzieswan . And look who was spotting me, @bertlebee , I was totally star-struck, haha!
