Easy spinning class today, almost at recovery effort. I am using #mseries workout app to do my spinning class. We did the first workout of the app today. 45 minutes low effort and everything is set by your FTP to make it fair for all. Great easy workout today. #thetreadmillman #keepmoving #spinning #earlyexercise #daylyworkout #workout #ejercicios #newpost #training #earlybirds by @the_treadmill_man

A good day, after feeling sick yesterday. Very good overall. Good training early on the bike, and good 40 minutes run. The training was based on time, so distance is irrelevant, however it was a kind of good distance too. Somedays you really can do it 😃😃😃😃 #training #thetreadmillman #bikingandrunning #bricktraining #sustaineffort #triathlontraining #runtraining #duathontraining #justdoit✔️ #keepmoving by @the_treadmill_man
