The 9 am “Out The Boot Camp” Foundations crew brought that ENERGY! We’re getting it in to that Louisiana music! 🦞 Lots of coaching, lots of demonstration, and lots of INTENSITY despite the basic movements.

If you want to learn proper form, find the proper weight to build progress, and get a great workout, the 9 am class is for you.

First time competing in organized sports after suddenly deciding to buy a volleyball this summer. Her bestie who bucked her up didn’t even try out, but Bria said she LOCKED IN! 🔒

It’s a miracle that she’s even alive, but now she’s thriving in class and in workouts. 12 yr old and tallest on the team. Middle school vball is hilarious, but Breezy is serious. She’s still doing art, but now she wants her unused page @b_soleilsart to be updated with her new endeavors. 😂

The main focus is having fun and learning, but we’re working on her hops and reaction time to see if she can jump like her mama @theinner_werk and me. 🐇

Made her watch @cari.spears since I went to LSU with her parents and my wife played with her mom for Olympic trials.

If y’all have tips, suggestions, or old equipment you want to bless Breezy with, she would be grateful. 🙏🏾 #volleyballer #middleschoolvolleyball #tallgirls #BSoleilsart by @the_versatile_7

My daughters are very girly, so I was very surprised that they said this was the BEST CAMP they’d ever been to! They are proud to tell their classmates and friends how much they love @usafightco

Sign up ASAP…camp starts in a few weeks!

The Fun2Know Family is about that fun, but we also bring that fun to our FITNESS! @b_soleilsart and Ari go up against some of the toughest boys in the gym, and they LOVE it!

After a lot of encouragement from Coach Leonard @usafightco and my girls, I took my first jiu jitsu class last week…now I can see why they’re hooked! 💪🏾🔥

Bring your kids, your spouse, or come through solo. We get it in whether it’s kickboxing, wrestling, jiu jitsu, MMA, bootcamp, weightlifting, or sport specific training! 🥊
