Film festival Q&As are about more than just answering questions. They create a unique opportunity for audiences to connect directly with the filmmakers behind the stories they’ve just experienced.

At Horror Fest Film Festival, we believe Q&As are one of the most special parts of the festival experience. They give filmmakers a chance to share the inspiration, challenges, and stories behind their films while giving audiences a deeper understanding of the creative process.

These conversations bring filmmakers and audiences together in a way that simply watching a film can’t. They create connections, spark discussions, and often become some of the most memorable moments of the festival.

Follow Horror Fest Film Festival on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to see more of the films, filmmakers, and moments that make HFFF special.

Stay tuned for more from your favorite “Team Behind The Screams.”

My first day at @horrorfestfilmfestival was a fantastic experience. It’s always a privilege having an opportunity to represent @meatthemovie in front of a live crowd, but this event was really elevated thanks to the lovely reception and the wonderful individuals whom I had the chance to connect with.
A big round of applause goes out to @theandyplex and the entire team that brought Horror Fest to life. I’m beyond grateful that I had the chance to meet longtime social media friend and fellow director @jpalmieri13 whose fabulous New Years Eve entry to his Carver series looked stunning on that big screen! I also connected with fellow artists @briannatothelee @brandonlima_ and many others, all of whom were so very kind and passionate about the genre.
What a great start to a stellar event! I’ll be heading back again today to check out the third entry to @thebarnmovie franchise, a film I’ve genuinely been dying to see for months now!

John Gallagher Jr. - In Acoustic w/ Opening Act Jason Webb

Get ready for a truly unforgettable night at the Horror Fest Film Festival! Actor, musician, and acclaimed performer John Gallagher Jr. will take the stage for a special acoustic performance, bringing his raw vocals, powerful songwriting, and intimate live energy to the festival. The performance will serve as the official closing event of Horror Fest Film Festival, sending the festival out with an unforgettable night of music. Best known for his work on screen and stage, Gallagher will give audiences a chance to experience his musical talent up close in an exclusive performance that promises to be the perfect finale to four days of horror.

WITH OPENING ACT JASON WEBB

Jason “J.D.” Webb is an Americana singer-songwriter from Wilmington, Delaware. Drawn to the darker edges of the human experience—where tenderness, regret, longing, and a little unease tend to live side by side. His music blends weathered storytelling with a nocturnal atmosphere likened to influences such as Roy Orbison, Tom Waits and Nick Cave, delivered through warm vocals and quietly haunting melodies.
His recent solo EP, Royal St. Ann Burgundy, moves through late-night melancholy, faded romance, and hard-won hope, creating songs that feel at home somewhere between an old barroom and a lonely highway. Whether performing solo or with his band, J.D. Webb & The Good God Damn, he brings an intimate, cinematic presence to the stage—music for the beautiful, the broken, and the things that linger long after the lights go out.
