The Angel Fund for ALS Research is a 501 (c)(3) charity that benefits ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) research at UMass Chan Medical School.

The 100 Innings of Baseball will be held on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday October 11th at Adams Field in Quincy. The first pitch will be thrown by Dr. Daryl Bosco from @umasschan at 9am on Saturday. The game will continue until all 100 innings are played!
Chief Umpire @walterboston will get into position to umpire at midnight! Some of the players will play ALL 100 innings - the Iron men/women.

The 2026 Walk of Hope for ALS to benefit @theangelfundals was such an inspirational day! Hundreds of supporters came out and #steppeduptocureals.
We gathered with families and friends who have walked with us for many years and met new families who have joined us in the fight against ALS.
We are forever grateful for the support we have received to bring research to treatment and HOPE to reality.

The ChALSsea Crew Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, October 5th at the Sagamore Golf Club. The tournament will benefit @theangelfundals. The Spinney family and friends will host.
Golf spots are limited, but hole sponsors and raffle items are gladly welcome.

Hope is a strong word that packs a lot of meaning. For 39 years, the Angel fund has been raising money towards treatment and, one day, a cure. Doves were also released prior to the start as a symbol of hope for the future. Our board members Gene Nigro, Jean Yentile and President Kate Davis volunteered at today's event.

We’re getting ready for the 25th Annual Walk of Hope for ALS! Join us on Saturday, September 12th at Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield for a 3.5-mile walk benefiting @theangelfundals/

👟 Registration: 9:00 AM
🕊️ Dove Release: Before the walk- released in honor of those living with ALS and in memory of those we have lost.
