Introducing THRESHOLD.

A new platform dedicated to championing the next generation of hip-hop dance theatre choreographers, giving emerging artists the opportunity to present original work on one of the UK’s most iconic stages.

On 27th January 2027, 9 choreographers aged 18-25 will take to the stage at Lilian Baylis Studio @sadlers_wells sharing work that pushes movement, storytelling and creativity to new heights.

THRESHOLD exists to create opportunities, celebrate fresh voices, and build a future where emerging choreographers are seen, supported and remembered.

A huge thank you to our Project Partners Tajana Tokyo, Robia Milliner @robiamilliner and Danielle ‘Rhimes’ Lecointe @danniellerhimeslecointe for believing in this vision from the very beginning.

I am so grateful to have made some incredible friendships and to have been taught by such caring and inspiring teachers @jodieclarkltd @juliadark_creative @simeonqsyea @nicolamacx @_lauraflanagan and more!
