Bunya nut and wattleseed pancakes 🤤 my beautiful friend brought me a huge bag of local bunya nuts so we softened them, shelled them and then I made a flour with them. Added eggs, honey, wattle seed and a tiny amount of flour and made these delicious pancakes. YUM! DM me for the “recipe”… ❤️

Cheap and easy dinners continued! Honestly this one I was like REALLY skeptical of but it was so yummy and the kids loved it!! Simple fusilli pasta with onions, garlic, zucchini and pork sausage with a dash of cream.. this cost about $10 to make fkn boom baby! Crispy skin chicken with baked Mediterranean rice 🤤 so easy and so cheap, part of my 5 dinners for $75 this week… I always use skin on thigh cutlets when baking chicken so they have crispy skin and juicy meat YUM! Apologies for the cringe voiceover but I CBF typing recipes 💁🏼‍♀️ enjoy!
