Ben and the team recently visited the legendary, Aubrey Allen, who we have been working with over the last couple years to make the best beef burgers known to mankind!

When it came to choosing the butcher we wanted to work with to produce our beef patties, we knew we didn’t want to compromise. We wanted the very best.
That’s what led us to Aubrey Allen. Their commitment to quality is second to none, with a focus on exceptional, 100% grass-fed British beef.
We recently spent the day at their butchery, getting a behind the scenes look at the entire process, from the moment the meat arrives at their facility, right through to the point it’s delivered to us.
We already knew Aubrey Allen had a reputation as one of the best butchers in the UK, but seeing their processes first hand really brought home just how seriously they take quality, consistency and provenance.

Next time you take a big bite of one of our burgers! Just know it’s a process, lots of thought and a whole lotta love 🍔
